Food truck season is in full swing, meaning you never have to go far for a slice, skewer or sauce-smothered slab of something delicious. Below you can find more than 35 Indianapolis-area food trucks listed — loosely categorized by cuisine — with what they serve and where you can find them.
Amayesing Taste
What: Fried chicken, catfish fillet and other deep-fried favorites.

What: Ribs, fried catfish, macaroni and cheese, wings and other quintessential comfort food.

What: Burgers, melts and extravagant grilled cheese, most of which, predictably, contain some amount of bacon.

What: Jamaican jerk-grilled chicken appears in the form of wings and fusion varieties including burritos, tacos, nachos and jambalaya.
