ProFrac Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:ACDC) fell this week after analysts at Bank of America downgraded the stock from 'Neutral' to 'Underperform', while reducing its price target from $7.5 to $6.5. AC/DC Sends Multiple Smashes Back To The Billboard Charts

AC/DC's 'Thunderstruck' returns to No. 1 on Hard Rock Digital Song Sales list while 'Back in Black' ... More reenters at No. 10, and both tunes reach multiple Billboard charts. NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE - MAY 21: Brian Johnson of AC/DC performs during the Power Up tour at Nissan Stadium on May 21, 2025 in Nashville, Tennessee. (Photo by) Of all the many hits that AC/DC has released throughout the years, two stand out as the group's most enduring in the United States. It's those two tracks — 'Thunderstruck' and 'Back in Black' — that most frequently appear on the Billboard rankings. Between the two, 'Thunderstruck' can almost always be found on multiple lists, while during the right frames, 'Back in Black' also carves out a home on a ranking or two. Both of those smashes currently appear on multiple tallies, and they even manage to return to one chart apiece and live on another as well. 'Back in Black' Returns to the Top 10 Of the two comebacks, 'Back in Black' earns the loftier return at the moment. The tune reenters the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart at No. 10, coming in last place. The smash already ranks as one of AC/DC's top-performing cuts on the list of the bestselling hard rock tracks in the country, and it recently passed a decade on the tally. As it returns to the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart, 'Back in Black' is also a winner again on the Hard Rock Streaming Songs tally, where it slips slightly to No. 24. 'Thunderstruck' Becomes a Global Smash Again 'Thunderstruck' also breaks back onto one list, and while it earns a much lower comeback than 'Back in Black,' it appears on twice as many Billboard rankings. 'Thunderstruck' reappears on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. in second-to-last place, at No. 199. At the same time, it climbs 10 spots on the Billboard Global 200 to No. 158, as American consumption clearly plays a big role in where AC/DC's track lands on the worldwide roster. 'Thunderstruck' Rockets to No. 1 'Thunderstruck' performs significantly better when looking at Billboard's U.S.-based tallies. The cut jumps from No. 3 to No. 1 on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales ranking, earning its sixty-first stay in the penthouse. The tune is a top five win on two of the company's hard rock-only lists, as 'Thunderstruck' pushes to No. 4 on the Hard Rock Streaming Songs roster.

AC/DC Plug In Extra Stadium Dates for Australia's Power-Hungry Fans

Australia asked for more AC/DC, and they delivered. Just hours after tickets went on sale Thursday (June 26) for the legendary rock band's 2025 stadium tour, promoter TEG Van Egmond has announced second dates in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane due to overwhelming demand. More from Billboard Luis Cortés, Angelina Victoria, Maeso & More Emerging Latin Artists on Our Radar Selena Gomez Says Ice Cube Was Her Childhood Celebrity Crush: 'I Just Thought He Would Protect Me' Barbra Streisand Says 'They'd Have to Pay Me A Lot of Money' to Return to 'Meet the Parents' Franchise The newly added shows will take place on Sunday, Nov. 16 at Melbourne Cricket Ground, Tuesday, Nov. 25 at Accor Stadium in Sydney, and Thursday, Dec. 18 at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium. Each is being billed as the final date for that city. The Power Up Tour now spans eight dates, kicking off Nov. 12 in Melbourne and wrapping Dec. 18 in Brisbane, marking AC/DC's first full national tour of Australia in nearly a decade. The band will play shows in each of the country's five major cities — Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane — with support from Australian punk outfit Amyl and the Sniffers. The tour is in support of AC/DC's 2020 album Power Up, which debuted at No. 1 in Australia and both sides of the Atlantic. The release cemented the band's place in Australian chart history, becoming their sixth No. 1 album — the most of any Australian group, tied with Hilltop Hoods. Power Up followed their streak of chart-toppers including Back In Black (1981), Live (1992), Ballbreaker (1995), Black Ice (2008), and Rock or Bust (2014). Internationally, the Power Up era has been box-office gold. In 2023, the band sold over 2 million tickets across 24 European shows. They recently wrapped a 10-date sold-out run in North America, and are about to begin a 15-show tour across Europe this week before bringing the show home to Australia for the summer leg. It's been 10 years since AC/DC's last visit to Australian shores. The band's 2015 Rock or Bust tour saw over 520,000 tickets sold across 11 dates, including shows in Auckland and Wellington. Produced by TEG Van Egmond, the 2025 tour is one of the most anticipated Australian rock events in recent memory. The addition of second and final shows in three major cities cements the band's enduring legacy — and the unshakable demand to see them live. Hundreds of AC/DC fans brave the cold to line up for tickets to first Aussie tour in a decade - after ageing rockers were slammed for lacklustre gigs

Hundreds of diehard AC/DC fans braved the cold winter conditions in Melbourne on Thursday in an attempt to grab the best seats for the rock legends show at the MCG. Rock enthusiasts were ecstatic earlier this week when the Australian rockers announced they were headed Down Under this Spring for the first time in a decade. The iconic band, formed in 1973, are set to play a string of massive stadium shows Down Under in November and December. Fans stood for hours outside the Ticketek outlet in Melbourne, many chatting or scrolling their phones as they wait for the box office to open. Once tickets sales were open it was a floorer from Melbourne, Shane Merrett, who managed to score the first ticket sold. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Shane had come straight from work and waited 24-hours on his day off to land his first place position in the box office queue reported AAP on Thursday. Wearing and a black hoodie and resting in a camp chair to pass the time, Shane was later seen to brandish his AC/DC tattoo on his right proudly for the cameras. Shane bought eight tickets to the MCG gig for his friends and family. 'It was worth it,' he said of the long wait, much of it spent in frigid conditions,' he said the wait was 'tough'. A fan since he was 10-years-old, Merrett said he waited 'three days' at the box office for AC/DC Aussie tours in 2010 and 2015. It comes after of AC/ DC turned on their heroes after footage from their current global tour recently dropped on TikTok. In the clip, which appears to have been filmed at a recent gig in Pasadena, USA, guitarist Angus Young, 70, can be seen trying to rouse the crowd with a chant of 'Oi, Oi, Oi' during the band's hit 'High Voltage'. Once known for his ever youthful look, the blond-haired veteran rocker, dressed in white shirt, and velvet 'school shorts' was hardly recognisable as the vigorous performer he is known as. And this had fans asking whether Angus and his band were now past their prime. 'Time to retire' posted more than one user on the thread, which has attracted 1294 comments. Also seen in the clip, is AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson, 77, who also appeared 'slow' compared to the fury of the on stage performances of the past. 'Surely this is going to be their last tour??' added one fan, while another enthusiast did not hold back: 'Damn I'm an AC/DC fan but this sucks a**.' Another fan was equally harsh messaging, 'They are done money off this?? Unbelievable.. and I'm a BIG AC DC FAN … Geezus boys!!!' Still, the post has attracted 90.3K love heart 'likes' as well as comments from fans prepared to back the famed Australian band as they continue their Pump Up World Tour. 'I have seen AC/DC six times since 1977. I would go again!' wrote one supporter on the thread, while another simply gushed: 'Awesome.' A third fan commented on the status of the US leg of the tour. '[They are] selling out stadiums. I don't think they are embarrassing themselves. The crowds having a great time. They aren't stopping.' The iconic band, formed in 1973, are set to play a string of massive stadium shows in November and December. Fronted by Brian Johnson and guitar icon Angus Young, AC/DC will hit major cities including Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. AC/DC will kick off their Australian leg at Melbourne's MCG on November 12, before heading to Sydney's Accor Stadium on November 21. From there, the legendary rockers will take the stage at the BP Adelaide 500 Grand Finale on November 30, before travelling to Perth's Optus Stadium for a show on December 4. They'll wrap up the Aussie tour in style with a final stadium gig at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium on December 14.

Disturbed Barely Misses Hitting No. 1 With Multiple Songs

Disturbed's 'The Sound of Silence' returns to multiple Billboard charts, as both the original and a ... More remix land at No. 2 on separate sales rankings. CHICAGO, IL - OCTOBER 10: David Draiman of Disturbed performs at SiriusXM Presents Disturbed Live From The Vic Theatre In Chicago on October 10, 2018 in Chicago, Illinois. (Photo byfor SiriusXM) Disturbed is still promoting its most recent single "I Will Not Break," which may mark the beginning of a new era for the band. The track continues to appear on a trio of Billboard's radio rankings, and while it's largely on the decline, it could persist for weeks — or even months — as fans appear to love the tune. As listeners continue to support "I Will Not Break," three of Disturbed's past tracks are also still present on the Billboard charts, ranking among the top 10 bestselling cuts on multiple different sales lists. Impressively, two of the band's older favorites even manage to return this week. 'The Sound of Silence' Blocked from No. 1 by AC/DC Aside from "I Will Not Break," the only other track from Disturbed that appears on more than one Billboard chart is the band's cover of Simon & Garfunkel's classic, "The Sound of Silence." That rendition soars to the runner-up spot on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales ranking, narrowly missing out on returning to the summit. Instead, AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" climbs to No. 1, earning its sixty-first stay in the penthouse. "The Sound of Silence" also returns to the Alternative Digital Song Sales chart, coming in at No. 7. The cut has previously reached the top of both rankings and has now spent more than 400 weeks on each of the two tallies. Disturbed and Ann Willson Reappear This week, Disturbed doubles up on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart, as "Don't Tell Me," the group's collaboration with Heart singer Ann Wilson, reappears a few spots below "The Sound of Silence." That cut breaks back in at No. 5. The duet has only spent half a dozen periods on the list, but has already reached the summit. 'The Sound of Silence' in Different Forms "The Sound of Silence" is so popular it shows up on three different Billboard rankings, though in two different forms. The original cover continues to sell well, while a remix by producer Cyril maintains its presence on the Dance Digital Song Sales tally, where it's now been found for well over a year. This week, that version is a non-mover at No. 2. Amazingly, both the original and the remix editions of "The Sound of Silence" hold in second place — just on completely separate lists.
