'There has been a lot of things throughout my life I've been, I mean, I'm sure, just a lot like my co-workers, we have all experienced hardships in life. Whether that is homelessness or lived experiences or drug, seeing people you love being on drugs or need help so its great to be able to go back into the community and help out with things that you have seen or experienced,' said Daniel Smith, who graduated from the program.
