SILLY STRAWS: Each theme answer contains an anagram of the word STRAW: THAT'S A WRAP, NEWS TRAVELS FAST, and WHAT'S WRONG.
Like yesterday's puzzle, this is another hidden anagram theme. The word SILLY in the title is an anagram hint, indicating that the letters of the word STRAW are arranged in a SILLY order: TS/A/WR, WS/TRA, and ATS/WR. It's fun that all three of the theme answers have conversational clues. Thank you, CJ, for this enjoyable puzzle.
