Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan have shared screen space in many movies such as Main Khiladi Tu Anari,Yeh Dillagi, Aarzoo, Tu Chor Main Sipahi and Keemat. Akshay is working on two more movies with Priyadarshan -- horror comedy Bhoot Bangla and the much-awaited third part of the Hera Phera franchise. Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal's Hera Pheri 3 has been embroiled in a controversy for months after the latter walked out of the film. Earlier this month, after Paresh Rawal's confirmation that he is going to be back as Baburao in Hera Pheri 3, director Priyadarshan had shed some light on the ongoing controversy. He told HT City, "I am living in South India, whenever a film is signed, I will go to shoot it. I am only committed to Akshay Kumar to do this film (as a maker), I don't know anybody else." Furthermore, he added, "You won't see a single comment of mine on the whole issue till today. I don't believe in the politics of cinema. Suniel, Akshay and Paresh are my best friends. There was a difference of opinion between them that has been sorted out. This is all I know. I don't think anybody else is involved in it." He elaborated, "Akshay, Paresh and Suniel told me we all discussed and have decided to do the film; it has nothing to do with any other individual. Somebody is saying so and so is involved, but there's nothing. To the best of my knowledge, the three actors decided to do the film and informed me." As for Saif Ali Khan, he was last seen in Netflix's Jewel Thief and also featured in Devara: Part 1 and Adipurush, which released in theatres.

No selfies or reels in uniform, orders Rewa DIG after inspector signs files to hit Aarzoo song
In the reel uploaded on social media, Ankita Mishra, inspector-in-charge of Sagra police station in Rewa district, was seen signing official files and pausing to mimic the lyrics and gestures of the popular song, ' Ab tere dil mein hum aa gaye ' from the 1999 movie Aarzoo featuring Madhuri Dixit and Akshay Kumar. The order by Rewa division Deputy Inspector General of Police Rajesh Singh Chandel, issued after a police inspector posted a reel recreating a Bollywood song while signing official files, said such behaviour hurt the image of the police force. Bhopal: Police in Madhya Pradesh's Rewa district have barred officers from taking selfies or filming social media reels while in uniform, warning that any officer posting such content will face disciplinary action. The reel went viral on Instagram, drawing sharp criticism with several users suggesting Mishra should spend her time in the Mumbai film industry instead of the police force. In his order issued after the reel went viral, Chandel said, 'It has been frequently observed that some police personnel, while in uniform and on duty, are taking selfies and posting them on social media in a stylish/inappropriate/viral manner.' 'The Police Department is a disciplined force, and any such behavior by police personnel is considered indiscipline and brings disrepute to the department. This negatively affects the image of the police among the public,' he added. The order noted that despite repeated instructions, police officers and continued to engage in such behaviour. 'Not refraining from such conduct also shows a lack of seriousness towards their duty but also reveals the officer/employee's own poor intentions,' Chandel said in his order. 'If any such post is published on social media in any way, then the concerned officer/employee will be considered guilty of violating departmental discipline, and strict disciplinary action will be taken against them. The concerned employee will be solely responsible for the consequences of such actions.' Before Ankita Mishra, head constable Sanjay Verma from City Kotwali police station in Rewa had made several reels on popular Bollywood songs while on duty on April 16. Many of these reels had gone viral on social media, leading Superintendent of Police Vivek Singh to issue a show cause notice to her. Last year, in May 2024, another constable from Rewa had made a reel on a song in support of Samajwadi Chief Akhilesh Yadav while on duty. Vivek Singh had transferred the constable after the reel. After repeated incidents and previous disciplinary action failing to work as a deterrent, a formal order was issued, cautioning police officers and personnel. The order called for immediate compliance and asked all station heads to inform their staff and obtain their signatures in the station diary within the next three days. Lawyer and wildlife photographer Aarzoo Khanna's date with tigers
Aarzoo Khanna 'captures' tigers and then showcases them for wildlife lovers to appreciate her `kills'. Only these beasts figure in frames and form the fascinating collection of Aarzoo, who has travelled to 56 of the 58 tiger reserves across 18 States in India. The interesting part is she did 55 tiger reserves in a single road trip over six months , traversing 37,000 kilometres. From October 2, 2023 to April 19, 2024, Aarzoo was focused on her ambition. 'I have named it Project ATR (All Tiger Reserves),' Aarzoo says proudly as she looks forward to visiting the remaining two this year, the Ratapani Tiger Reserve and the Madhav Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh. Aarzoo recalls her journey . 'I have slept in the dirt, spent the night at petrol pumps, sometimes without dinner. It was strange meeting locals who were unaware there was a tiger reserve in their area,' says Aarzoo, who began with the tiger reserve in Sirsa, and her 56th at Corbett Tiger Reserve. Sometime in 2012, when the world was transitioning from Orkut to Facebook, Aarzoo pestered her father, Hemant, to buy her a camera. She was barely 10. At 15, she acquired a Kodak camera. 'I would click pictures of pigeons. I was nervous when I decided to carry my passion to the backyards of the tiger, but it was an experiment that gave me the platform to pursue my interest,' she says.. Aarzoo's passion took flight with a workshop she attended at Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary in 2015 to learn the nuances of photography. 'It was winter, and I stepped out at 4am; An hour later, I was inside the jungle doubting if it was the right decision,' she recalls. Sunrise brought the birds (sarus cranes) even as the fog gave way to the photographers' delight. One of them struck a ballerina pose, and Aarzoo clicked to have a photo for posterity. 'I just kept clicking.' She wanted to be the bridge between the jungle and the outside world. In the later months, Aarzoo invested in an SLR camera and visited 55 of India's tiger reserves in one go. Sirsa was her first conquest. Her father accompanied her. 'A tiger came to drink water, and I had my first frame,' she remembers. She says her love for wildlife photography is expensive and she seeks social media support to raise funds through various sources. With so much going on in her world of dreams, Aarzoo also studied law to give in to her father's wish, who wants her to become a judge at some point in life. There is a story behind each photo that Aarzoo has captured. Her favourite is the hard-earned picture of a cub. 'It happened at Tadoba Tiger Reserve, where we learnt of Katrina and her month-old cubs. I decided to park myself. It was tough. We almost gave up when my colleague, tiger tracker Mohammed Irshad, insisted we stay. He had heard a monkey call, and we soon spotted this tigress holding a cub. We were breathless as the cub walked on the road. Having spotted us, the cub snarled. The tigress was close when I shot my video. It remains close to my heart' Aarzoo says. BBC, National Geographic, and Discovery have featured Aarzoo's work. She also teaches photography and conducts workshops across the country. A practising advocate, she was thrilled when several Supreme Court judges visited her exhibition held in Delhi's Bikaner House last winter. Aarzoo is happy, taking the wildlife to the people. 'It is a fascinating world,' she avers.

Suniel Shetty recalls film critic calling him a bad actor despite Balwaan's success: 'He said, isko apni dukaan mein idli-vada bechna chahiye'
Suniel Shetty , who burst onto the Bollywood scene with the 1992 action hit Balwaan opposite Divya Bharti, recently opened up about the harsh criticism he faced at the start of his career, even after delivering a box office success. In a candid chat with Radio Nasha, the actor looked back on his early struggles, shelved projects, and how one critic mocked his looks and talent. Suniel shared that before Balwaan, two of his initial projects, Faulad and Aarzoo, were shelved due to production issues. Operation Sindoor Amid flare-up hours after thaw, officials say things will settle down with time Ceasefire on, but pressure stays: Key decisions by India against Pak that still stand 'Will work with India & Pakistan to seek solution on Kashmir': Trump 'I had finished almost 60–65 days of shooting for Aarzoo, and the film was nearly complete. But a fallout between the director and producer shelved it,' he recalled. Similarly, when a second Faulad was being considered, director David Dhawan grew concerned that it might hamper Suniel's career, leading to that film being dropped too. Despite the setbacks, his action prowess caught the industry's attention, eventually landing him the role in Balwaan. But even after the film became a hit, not everyone was convinced. Recalling the criticism, Suniel said, 'When Balwaan got released, it was a blockbuster. However, ek bahut bade critic ne likha ki yeh bahut kharab actor hai—doesn't know acting, doesn't know how to walk, his body is stiff. Isko apni dukaan mein idli-vada bechna chahiye.' Sooraj Pancholi, Akanksha & Suniel Shetty Shine Bright For 'Kesari Veer' The remark might have been intended as an insult, but Suniel took it in stride. 'He thought he was mocking me, but that idli-vada business was my backbone. It educated my sisters and me—probably far better than those who didn't have that kind of upbringing,' he shared. 'I used to clean tables, serve at the counter, and stand in the kitchen. So what? I was Suniel Shetty then, and I'm Suniel Shetty now.' Directed by Deepak Anand and produced by Raju Mavani, Balwaan gave Suniel a powerful debut, with a supporting cast that included Divya Bharti, Tinu Anand , and Danny Denzongpa. The film's success made him a promising action hero of the '90s, but the journey to acceptance was anything but smooth.
