Ibb witnesses 195 mass rallies for Gaza, vowing readiness against aggression
Ibb - Saba: Ibb governorate on Friday saw 195 massive public demonstrations under the slogan "Steadfast with Gaza, Readiness and Mobilization to Confront Aggression," reaffirming strong support for Palestinians and preparing for potential confrontation. Participants in a major rally at the Grand Prophet's Square in Ibb City, attended by governor Abdulwahed Salah and members of the Parliament and Shura Council, vehemently condemned the systematic starvation policy against Palestinians in Gaza and rejected all displacement schemes. The participants called for immediate international intervention to halt the aggression, lift the siege, and save Gaza's children facing an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe. They reiterated Yemen's firm stance with the Palestinian people, deeming Israeli crimes in Gaza blatant violations of international law that demand accountability for occupation leaders as war criminals. In the northern districts of Yarim, al-Saddah, al-Naderah, and al-Radmah, 35 large marches took place, where participants asserted that the arrogant Zionist entity would be defeated by the strength and resilience of the valiant Palestinian resistance. The participants strongly denounced the international and UN complicity and silence regarding the ongoing starvation policies and genocide in Gaza. Residents of the western districts rallied in al-Udayn area and surrounding areas, emphasizing that supporting Gaza means upholding truth and justice, pledging not to forget their suffering. The residents affirmed Yemen's continued engagement in the battle for dignity against the Zionist entity until the aggression ceases and the siege on Gaza is lifted. Further demonstrations were held in al-Hazm (25 marches), Far' al-Udayn (10 marches), Mudhaikherah (11 marches), and numerous other districts including Dhi al-Sifal (30), al-Sayyani (4), Hubaish (14), al-Makhadir (12), al-Qafr (5), Ba'adan (12), al-Sha'ir (4), al-Sabrah (7), and Jeblah (8). All condemned the international complicity and silence on the ongoing starvation and genocidal crimes in Gaza. Ibb's participants renewed their allegiance to Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, empowering him to make necessary choices to support Gaza and defend Yemen's sovereignty. They chanted slogans denouncing Zionist aggression, asserting that the continuous killing, starvation, destruction, and bombing in Gaza would not deter Palestinians from defending their land and rights. A statement from the Ibb rallies condemned the silence of most Arab and Islamic regimes regarding the brutal massacres and genocide perpetrated by the Zionist-American enemy in Gaza. The statement decried global silence and deceptive verbal stances that lack effective action, which encourage the enemy's continued crimes. The statement warned that this dangerous situation poses a real threat to the nation's present and future. It affirmed that the Yemeni people, with their wise leadership, Quranic project, deep-rooted faith, and sincere jihad, will not back down from their steadfast support for Gaza and all of Palestine. The statement stressed that threats from Zionists, Americans, and their proxies would not intimidate Yemenis, whose culture is founded on patience, jihad, and steadfastness, with no room for retreat or compromise. The statement also praised the legendary resilience of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, citing their steadfastness as an inspiring model that lack of resources does not justify surrender. It called on Arab and Muslim peoples and regimes to boycott Israeli and American products that support the criminal Zionist entity, describing boycott as an effective and accessible weapon and a minimal obligation. Governor of Ibb Launches Work on Dhi Ashra' Road Project in Al-Radmah District
Ibb - Saba: The Governor of Ibb, Abdulwahed Salah, inaugurated today the construction of the road linking the Al-Radmah-Dhamt line to the village of Dhi Ashra'. The 3-kilometer-long, 6-meter-wide project includes stone paving and the construction of a culvert for flood drainage, at a cost of 120 million Yemeni riyals, funded by local residents with support from the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit in the form of cement. During the inauguration, Governor Salah explained that the project represents a vital step in improving infrastructure in this rugged area and facilitating transportation for the benefit of citizens. He stressed the importance of adhering to technical and engineering specifications during implementation in accordance with the highest standards to ensure the road's safety and quality, contributing to sustainable development. He emphasized that this project is the result of community solidarity and reflects a genuine commitment to a better future. Governor of Ibb inspects performance & activities of Agricultural Sector and Sites of Agricultural Research Station
Ibb - Saba: The Governor of Ibb, Abdulwahed Salah, inspected the performance of the agricultural sector in the governorate, accompanied by a number of officials. He listened to a detailed explanation of the activities implemented to support agriculture amidst economic challenges. He also reviewed the sites for establishing an agricultural research station at a cost of 40 million Yemeni riyals, as well as nurseries and agricultural production research. The governor affirmed that agricultural research is a fundamental pillar for development, stressing the importance of scientific studies to advance the agricultural sector and achieve self-sufficiency.
