Traffic stuck as fallen tree blocks key valleys road
A key valleys road was closed yesterday because of a 'fallen tree.'
The A467 or Aberbeeg road, was closed from Abertillery yesterday (July 2) around 6:51pm onwards.
Locals were puzzled as to why this was, and traffic was left queuing in the area for at least eighteen minutes.
Parts of the road which is 60mph were brought to a major standstill.

Traffic was stuck from the A467 all the way to Bridge Street to Six Bells Road.
The road later reopened at 7:13pm.
Gwent Police then confirmed this was because of a 'fallen tree.'
Traffic flow in the area is now back to normal.
