This certification ensures that Arada CBD will provide world-class digital infrastructure for future tenants of the commercial district in Aljada. Earlier this year, Arada secured a construction contract worth $164.4mn for Phase 1 of Arada CBD, which will encompass the development of eight office buildings and associated infrastructure.
