Majdalani: Israeli statements calling for annexing West Bank, imposing sovereignty represent dangerous escalation, challenge to international community
Ramallah - Saba: Ahmed Majdalani, a member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Secretary-General of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front (PPSF), considered the statements issued by the fascist Israeli occupation government regarding the annexation of the West Bank, the imposition of sovereignty, and the application of law therein to be a dangerous escalation and inconsistent with international legitimacy resolutions and international law. During a meeting of members of the PFLP's Central Committee, Majdalani said that the occupation government is working seriously and within clear decisions to implement this decision. All of the occupation's measures in the West Bank have effectively become de facto annexation measures, including colonization, the installation of iron gates, and the dismemberment of cities and villages in the West Bank.
