Nancy Ajram to Perform Live in Egypt on July 26
Yara Sameh Lebanese superstar Nancy Ajram is reuniting with her fans in Egypt on Saturday, July 26, as part of her Summer gigs in the MENA region and worldwide. She is set to present several of her popular and latest songs. On the other hand, Ajram is gearing up to release her upcoming album, which was recently delayed due to the recent tension in the Middle East. Ajram previously noted that she prefers to release the album in a positive and healthy atmosphere to receive the attention it deserves. "I don't release an album every year, but rather every four or five years, which is why I want it to be released at a time where it receives the recognition that it deserves," she explained. Ajram continued: "I've postponed it for a few days or a few weeks, depending on the circumstances and how stable the situation will be,". In September 2024, Ajram revealed on Instagram that she was currently in the studio working on a new album. "The album journey is officially underway," she wrote. In the new album, she collaborates with a large number of poets and composers, including Tamer Hussein, and Aziz El-Shafei. Nancy Ajram Delays New Album
Yara Sameh Lebanese recording artist Nancy Ajram is postponing the release of her upcoming album due to the ongoing tension in the Middle East. Ajram revealed Tuesday, during the sidelines of her participation in the 20th Mawazine Festival in Morocco, that the record is complete and is ready for release but will no arrive anytime soon due to the difficult circumstances in the Arab world currently facing. "I don't know how, but there has to be a way to reach peace," she said. Ajram added that she prefers to release the album in a positive and healthy atmosphere to receive the attention it deserves. "I don't release an album every year, but rather every four or five years, which is why I want it to be released at a time where it receives the recognition that it deserves," she explained. Ajram continued: "I've postponed it for a few days or a few weeks, depending on the circumstances and how stable the situation will be,". She rose to fame after the release of the controversial smash hit single 'Akhasmak Ah' and the debut of her third studio album 'Ya Salam' in 2003. Ajram is considered by many an Arabic music icon of the decade. She was described on Oprah Winfrey's show as one of the most influential personalities in the Middle East. She participated in the most significant Arabic festivals and won multiple awards, most importantly the 2008 World Music Award for best-selling Middle Eastern artist, the youngest Arab WMA winner to date, the 2012 WMA for the second time, and the 2014 WMA for the third time. Yara Sameh Lebanese recording artist Nancy Ajram has released 'Warana Eh,' her first solo single this year, on YouTube and digital music platforms. The sensual song was released Thursday with a high-gloss video. It is written and composed by Mohamed Yahia. Ajram, born on May 16, 1983, is considered one of the best female singers in Lebanon and the Arab world. Ajram began performing as a child and participated in several television shows. Ajra released her debut studio album 'Mihtagalak' in 1998. She rose to fame after the release of the controversial smash hit single 'Akhasmak Ah' and the debut of her third studio album 'Ya Salam' in 2003.
