President & GOP Deliver On 'Big, Beautiful Bill' Passage
On Thursday, the House of Representatives passed President Trump's 'Big Beautiful Bill' by a narrow margin of 216 to 214. Despite early concerns among Republicans and unified opposition from House Democrats, the bill was able to pass by the July 4th deadline, with Speaker Mike Johnson expressing optimism over the momentum of a unified GOP. Shannon Bream joins the Rundown to discuss public reaction to the bill and its potential role as a midterm talking point. Later, she weighs in on a new SCOTUS case to be heard on trans athletes, the Russian-Ukraine conflict, and polling on American pride. As the country celebrates America's independence with parades, parties, and cookouts, we also mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and the 250th birthday of the US Navy and Marine Corps. Host of America's Funniest Home Videos and Dancing With the Stars, Alfonso Ribeiro, joins to discuss his involvement with 'A Capitol Fourth,' one of the largest fireworks displays in the nation. DWTS Fans Gearing Up for Major Season 34 Announcement
DWTS Fans Gearing Up for Major Season 34 Announcement originally appeared on Parade. Dancing With the Stars fans are getting ready for some big news that's expected to drop on July 1. On June 30, the show's co-hosts Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough shared a video on social media teasing this big announcement. "We've got big news coming tomorrow," Hough, dressed in a black gown, said in the video. "Are you ready?" Ribeiro, who has in a black tux, asked. "More to come. Drop your guesses below," read the video's caption. Dozens of fans have been taking their best guesses as to what news could be coming on the first of the month. Many seem to think that production is ready to announce Season 34's third cast member after already confirming Robert Irwin and Alix Earle will be competing next season. Others wonder if the announcement will be something else about the show, perhaps the return of a pro, the addition of a new judge, or even a change in schedule. "It's the Mormon Wives reunion tomorrow so hopefully it will be one of them being announced to do the show!!" one person wrote. "The Lautners will be on season 34 maybe?!! Manifesting this," someone else suggested. "Adding Mark Ballas as a 4th judge? He needs to be a permanent judge on DWTS, he and Derek bring a lot to the judging panel," a third fan guessed. "Well, I hope the big news is a release date for dancing with the stars and the celebrities that's going to be on there," a fourth comment read. Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars is set to premiere on Tuesday nights starting in September. 🎬SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox🎬 DWTS Fans Gearing Up for Major Season 34 Announcement first appeared on Parade on Jun 30, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jun 30, 2025, where it first appeared.

Dancing with the Stars, co-hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, will be returning for its 34th season on ABC this fall. And today unveiled the identity of its second celebrity contestant and it's not the name that has been bandied about on social media. Instead, joining previously named wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin is social media powerhouse Alix Earle. The reveal was made this morning live on Good Morning America. 'I've always been a fan of Dancing With the Stars. I used to watch it when I was so young with my grandma,' Earle told Lara Spencer and Michael Strahan. 'When this opportunity came to me, it was like, 'What can I do next? Where can I take this?' I'm ready to challenge myself. I think it's going to be a lot of fun. It was a very obvious answer to say yes.' 'I would like to say I have some rhythm, maybe, possibly," she said. "But I've never done ballroom dancing or danced with a partner, so that's going to be a whole new venture for me.' Earle is one of the leading social media personalities in the U.S. She is also the creator and host of the widely popular relationship 'Hot Mess' podcast, on which she shares exclusive, in-depth, intimate details of her life. Earle's ability to connect with mass audiences across multiple demographics has resulted in her earning a spot on Forbes' Top Creators and Fashion 50 lists, being featured in Rolling Stone's annual Creators issue as one of the industry's top creators, named Allure's Beauty Creator of 2024 (as chosen by readers), and recognized as one of People Magazine's Digital Creators of the Year. Additionally, she was featured on The Hollywood Reporter's 2024 Podcast Power List. Earle graduated from the University of Miami, where she studied marketing. A true 'Forever Cane,' she funded a scholarship in her name for students at the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School. The Alix Earle Scholarship provides significant resources for students pursuing degrees in business, further strengthening the school's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Related: Additionally, Earle created 'Meals in Heels,' a recurring event series designed to give back to the Miami community by bringing friends together to prepare and package meals for those in need. An East Coast native, Earle grew up in New Jersey. She currently resides in Miami. The full cast of celebrities and professional dancers for Season 34 of DWTS will be announced at a later date. But it is confirmed that Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough will be back at the judges' table. Dancing with the Stars will air this fall on ABC and Disney+, and stream next day on Hulu.
