Amazon Prime Day dates confirmed with shoppers preparing for mega deals
Amazon is holding a four-day shopping event where Prime customers will be able snap up their must-have items for bargain prices.
One of the best times of the year for bargain hunters is when Amazon launches their Prime Day deals. With price cuts seen over a vast variety of products, the few days the major online retailer dedicates to discounts is the best time for shoppers to snap up items they have had their eye on for a while.
From all your must-have tech - such as smartphones, TVs, tablets and more - to your homeware and gardening needs, as well as your beauty and fashion essentials, there is something in these mega sales for everyone.
The added bonus is that shoppers won't even need to wait too long to bag a few bargain deals as Amazon has just released the dates of the next highly anticipated sale. And yes we did say dates, as the online retailer is spoiling shoppers with four days of exciting price cuts.
From 00:01 on Tuesday, July 8, to 11:59pm on Friday, July 11, shoppers will have a whopping 96 hours of deals to scour through with all the big brand names expected to get discounts. This includes Shark, Dyson, Ninja, Lego and so much more.
Now it must be emphasised that these Prime Day events are aimed at those who own an Amazon Prime Membership. While there may be the odd deal here and there that is accessible to all shoppers, those without a membership are likely to miss out on some major deals.
However, it isn't all doom and gloom, as Amazon is offering a 30-day free trial for those who sign up for the Prime Membership - which can be cancelled at any time. This means if shoppers sign up, they will be able to access the epic deals at no extra cost.
Additionally, members only need to pay £8.99 per month or £95 per year for the subscription and they receive added perks such as next day delivery and Prime Video. Young adults between the ages of 18 and 22 years old are also able to become Prime Members for half the price - £4.49 per month or £47.47 per year.
However, for those who feel like July 8 is still too far away, Amazon currently has some cracking discounts on a variety of products that shoppers won't want to miss out on.
Current Deals on Amazon ahead of Prime Day
Ninja CRISPi Portable Air Fryer - was £179.99, now £124
Created with the power of a full-sized air fryer, shoppers can now buy Ninja's portable alternative for £55 off the retail price. With a 3.8L container, shoppers can feed up to six people and cook a whole 1.2kg chicken and vegetables.

However, one shopper disagreed with the amount of people this device could feed, writing: "This Ninja CRISPi Portable Air Fryer is good for one or maybe two people maximum but not really suitable at all for a family unit bigger than that."

However, one shopper grumbled about power lead, writing: "Bought this to mount on our bedroom wall. Power lead way too short and no way of swapping it for a longer one. Sent back for a refund. Why not just use a normal power lead like others do so you can just buy a longer one if needed."

For those in need of an upgrade on their old vacuum cleaner, Amazon is saving shoppers £100 on Shark's cordless cleaner that comes with an anti hair wrap that will pick up long, short and pet hair.
