West Winch road crash sees one person airlifted to hospital
A person has been airlifted to hospital following a two-vehicle collision. Norfolk Police said it was called to Main Road, near St Mary's Church in West Winch, by the ambulance service at about 15:45 air ambulance took one person to the Norfolk and Norwich University said the road - which is near King's Lynn - was likely to remain closed for some time. Man in hospital after car crashes into Burslem takeaway
A man has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a Staffordshire were called to the A50 Scotia Road in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, at about 06:00 BST on from the scene reveal the front of the two-storey building has partially collapsed, with rubble lying on the remain at the scene alongside colleagues from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and West Midlands Ambulance Service. Police respond to ‘serious incident' at Southend Airport
A plane crashed after take-off at Southend Airport on Sunday afternoon, described by police as a "serious incident". Emergency services, including Essex Police, East of England Ambulance Service, and Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, were alerted shortly before 4pm. The incident involved a 12-metre plane, with images showing a plume of fire and black smoke from the crash site. As a precaution, Rochford Hundred Golf Club and Westcliff Rugby Club were evacuated due to their proximity to the crash. Four flights scheduled for Sunday afternoon from Southend Airport were cancelled following the incident, with emergency services on scene.

Appeal after man found with serious injuries in Lisburn
Police are appealing for information after a man was found with life-threatening injuries in Lisburn in the early hours of Saturday. A PSNI spokesperson said at around 5am they received a report that a man had been found seriously injured in the Prince William Road area of the city. Five children taken to hospital after tree falls in park in Essex
Five children have been taken to hospital, including two with serious injuries, after a tree fell in a park in Essex. Essex Police were called to Chalkwell Park, Southend-on-Sea, shortly before 3pm, to 'a number of casualties'. An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: 'Two children were transported by road to Southend University Hospital. 'A further three children were later transported by road to the same hospital with minor injuries.' Police have urged the public to avoid the area. The fire service was also called. Adam Hutchins, 47, told EssexLive: 'I heard there were kids playing on the tree. They heard a big crack. It must have pretty loud. They went running over and there were kids underneath the tree. 'All the cricket guys ran over and tried to loft the tree up. I think it's one of the oldest trees. It had metal stands propping it up.' Leader of Southend-on-Sea City Council Daniel Cowan said: 'I'm aware of this very serious incident. We're working with Essex police, the Ambulance Service and Fire Service, who are still at the scene. 'I do understand that a tree has fallen, there's a number of casualties and we're just asking the public to avoid the area whilst those services carry out their work, and my thoughts are with those affected.'
