Birmingham 'loves' £6.50 Lush bath bomb so the New Street shop is giving them away for free

Lush is set to give away free bath bombs to Birmingham customers to celebrate the chain's 30th birthday. The New Street shop and spa will be handing out 100 of its best-selling bath bombs on World Bath Bomb Day, Saturday, April 26. The Intergalactic bath bomb is scented with peppermint. Store manager Amera Khaliq said: "Making a bath bomb is a reminder that life doesn't always need to be serious. "Sometimes it's just about having fun, adding a little fizz and spending time with happy people who love selling fresh handmade soap." Amera, who has worked at Lush for 10 years, added: "Birmingham is one of the most vibrant and diverse cities in the UK. It's important to me that we can offer a space where all are welcome, always, in such a multicultural city. "As a store we've worked with local charities through our giving events and have donated products for local hospices, hostels and hospitals." As part of its 30th birthday, Lush is introducing 30 new bath bombs, including in viral scents like Super Milk and Sticky Dates. Those will be available on the Lush App on Tuesday, April 22 and online and in store on Thursday, April 24.
