Application for premises licence for Cwmbran church hall
Miss Amy Ford has applied for the licence for Our Lady's of the Angels Catholic Hall in Victoria Street, Cwmbran. The application seeks permission for live and recorded music, and the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises. The proposed hours for these activities are Monday to Thursday from 5pm to midnight, and Friday to Sunday from midday to midnight. Precious Life celebrates 40 years of support for pregnant women with keynote speaker Amy Ford

(WTAJ) — Precious Life, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women facing unplanned pregnancies, will celebrate 40 years of service with a special event on March 28 at the Blair County Convention Center. The event will feature Amy Ford, CEO and founder of Embrace Grace ministries, as the keynote speaker. Ford, a national speaker and author, is known for her work in mobilizing churches to support single and pregnant women. Her book, Help Her Be Brave: Discover Your Place in the Pro-Life Movement, encourages individuals and communities to step up in practical ways. The anniversary event will highlight the impact of Precious Life over the past four decades, celebrating its work in providing resources, counseling and support to women and families in need.
