BUSINESS KUALA LUMPUR, July 16 (Bernama) -- Deltatre, a global provider of streaming, digital, data, and graphics solutions for the sports, media and entertainment industries, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Endeavor Streaming from Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. The acquisition will merge the strengths of both companies, combining Deltatre's digital product suite, including D3 VOLT, FORGE, AXIS, and DIVA, with Endeavor Streaming's over-the-top (OTT) platform, VESPER, alongside their digital strategy, consulting and direct-to-consumer marketing services. In a statement, the company said the combined entity will provide a comprehensive and scalable digital service offering to clients, streamlining operations through a unified platform and eliminating the need for multiple third-party providers. Among the group's extensive portfolio are some of the world's most recognisable sports and media properties, such as the NFL, UFC, Sky, Rogers, NBA, WWE, MLB, BritBox, Bell Media, LIV Golf, ICC, World Rugby and UEFA, highlighting a shared track record in delivering high-performance, large-scale digital and OTT deployments.
