Promoting a Healthy and Safe Summer
The Indian Community Welfare Association – ICRF Bahrain has launched its annual summer awareness program – Thirst Quenchers 2025.
Aligning with the Ministry of Labour's initiative to ensure a safe working environment during the sweltering three-month period starting from 15 June 2025, ICRF Bahrain will distribute water, juice, laban, orange, apple, and banana at various worksites.
This year, the event is supported by the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Labour, LMRA, and IOM.
Around 500 workers took part in the first event, which was held on Saturday, 21 June 2025, at the Cebarco worksite in Zallaq.
