Anuja Sathe on playing Karpura Devi in Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan: Before performing emotionally intense scenes, I often listen to soft instrumental music

Magnum opus Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan has been captivating viewers with its rich narrative and powerful performances. Chronicling the journey of a child destined to be king, the show presents a compelling narrative of legacy, leadership, and valour. Actress Anuja Sathe , who plays a pivotal role in the show, is earning praise for her impactful and emotionally layered performance. But what's lesser known is the mindful routine she follows to stay grounded and focused on set, especially during intense scenes. Portraying intense emotions on screen can be both challenging and draining, and for Anuja, being mentally prepared is key to delivering an impactful performance. Known for her grounded approach to acting, Anuja has developed her own on-set rituals that help her stay calm, focused, and emotionally present. To ease into the demanding shoot schedules and emotionally charged scenes, Anuja begins her day with a few minutes of quiet meditation. She also tunes into calming speakers and listens to soft instrumental music between takes to maintain a sense of tranquility. These small yet mindful practices help her transition seamlessly into character and remain centered through long and hectic shoot days. Sharing her process, Anuja says , 'Playing a character from a different era, with so much emotional depth and gravitas, demands complete immersion. And for that, I've had to develop a ritual that helps me stay centered amid the chaos of a shoot day. I've realised over time that meditation and calm music are my anchors." She added, "Before performing emotionally intense scenes, I usually find a quiet corner, close my eyes, and just breathe. I often listen to soft instrumental tracks or calming speakers like Sri M, they help me release any tension I may be holding onto. We all have our ways of coping with hectic schedules, for me, it's the simple, silent things that make the biggest difference.' Anuja Sathe: I met my parents after five months

Exclusive- Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan's Anuja Sathe on the content explored on TV: People want to see female-centric characters on screen

Chakravarti Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, television's vast historical epic, continues to captivate audiences with an incredible storyline, grand visuals, and strong performances. Anuja Sathe exclusively shared whether she plans to return to TV and the kind of roles she wishes to portray. Anuja on whether she has plans to return to TV, "No, not yet. Not on TV, no daily. I've just finished shooting for a web show, which is a very different, completely different genre. It's something in the pipeline, and I recently shot for it. So, when you're fully occupied with something like this on TV, there's no chance to shoot for another show because the demands are so high and it's very time-consuming. Therefore, it's impossible to work on another TV show. However, of course, there are different mediums you can explore, and you can juggle two or three projects simultaneously." She further reacted on what should be explored on TV in terms of content, "There are so many things that we've not done. Or I would say that now the perspective of looking towards content has already changed, and we are seeing a lot of women-centric projects coming up, and content coming up. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch CFD với công nghệ và tốc độ tốt hơn IC Markets Đăng ký Undo So, I think sooner or later, I mean, it's already happening. So, I don't know who's working on what right now at this moment, but I'm sure that people want to watch something new, people want to go back to their roots, and people want to see female-centric characters on screen. " Anuja would love to see the warrior side of Bajirao, as well as explore it herself. "I have done Peshwa Bajirao with the same channel before. It was again a historical. So, I don't mind seeing Peshwa's other side instead of seeing the Bajirao-Mastani love story. But I would love to see the warrior side of Peshwa Bajirao again."
