Schneider Electric's new Copilot enhances open automation with Microsoft AI
Schneider Electric has announced the launch of its new Industrial Copilot, developed in partnership with Microsoft. The system is integrated into the company's EcoStruxure Automation Expert Platform, and is designed to support tasks such as application development, real-time recommendations, and maintenance. The AI-powered assistant is intended to help automate repetitive tasks and improve coordination between operators and engineers. It is part of Schneider Electric's strategy to promote open, software-defined automation systems, with a focus on interoperability across hardware and software platforms. In a statement, Arvind Kakru, Vice President – Industrial Automation, Schneider Electric India, said the Copilot reflects the company's ongoing focus on modular and open automation environments. He noted the tool is intended to streamline system deployment and support various industrial requirements. The system is now available through the EcoStruxure Automation Expert Platform, which serves as Schneider Electric's central automation framework. The Copilot is designed to work across multiple sectors and is compatible with Schneider Electric's broader product ecosystem. It will be rolled out as part of the company's updated software offering in India.

Ernakulam has highest number of students in top 100 ranks for third consecutive year
KOCHI: The Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical (KEAM) 2025 saw Ernakulam district bagging the top two ranks. John Shinoj of Muvattupuzha and Hari Kishan Baiju of Cherai ranked first and second in the KEAM 2025. Like last year, Ernakulam continues to have the highest number of candidates in the first 100 ranks. However, the numbers dropped from 24 in 2024 KEAM to 20 this year. It was 23 in 2023. Speaking to TNIE, Shinoj J Vattakuzhy, John's father, says, "John has always been a straight A student. He did his schooling in the ICSE syllabus. However, for the Higher Secondary course, he opted to join KE HSS at Mannanam in Kottayam. He scored 99.6 in his Plus Two examinations." John decided to join KE HSS since they had a tie-up with the Brilliant Coaching Centre. "He was advised by his Physics teacher to do so," his father adds.

The rapper was married to the reality-star-turned-beauty-mogul for seven years before their split in 2021. In late 2022, he began dating Censori and by December that year, they were married. This isn't the first time Censori has sparked comparisons to Kanye's former wife. Kardashian, 44, was called out for trying to look like her ex's new wife back in February when she rocked a nude leotard with a pair of fairy wings for her Skims shapewear campaign. In December, Kardashian was also compared to the Aussie model and architect when she posed in a teeny string bikini and plunging top on Instagram. 'Bianca has multiplied,' one person commented on the photo at the time, while another wrote, 'Kimca Censori.' Now, it appears Censori has taken inspiration from Kardashian with her latest look as the voluminous hair resembles KK in her Kanye West era. But it appears the Aussie is following in Kardashian's footsteps in more ways than one. This solo outing comes after it was revealed earlier this month that Censori has started her own business empire. According to The US Sun, at the start of June she set up her first US company called Bianca Censori Inc. It was registered last month with the state of California and she is listed as CEO and secretary. It's believed her business will be in the beauty realm, given the chief financial officer is listed as Hussein Lalani, who specialises in selling cosmetic treatments. Lalani founded the skin care brand Zensa, which sells beauty procedures such as a DIY Brazilian wax kit and microblading.
