Arkade Developers shares rise 2% after company announces Rs 2,000 crore Thane project

The Mumbai-based real estate company confirmed its foray into the Thane market with a 6.28-acre freehold land parcel at Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road. The company disclosed that the transaction, valued at ₹172.48 crore including stamp duty, is intended for a marquee mixed-use development with a projected gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,000 crore. The project is expected to offer 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences alongside curated retail and commercial spaces, with launch slated for early 2026. The site offers sweeping views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park and benefits from strong infrastructure connectivity via Eastern Express Highway and the upcoming Metro Line 4 and Thane-Borivali twin tunnel. Arkade Developers Chairman & MD Amit Jain noted that the Thane expansion marks a major milestone in the company's growth, adding to recent developments in Kanjurmarg, Mulund, and Bhandup. The company also highlighted its recent acquisition of the 4-acre Filmistan land parcel in Goregaon with an estimated GDV of ₹3,000 crore. As of the latest update, Arkade Developers shares were trading at ₹195.50, up 2.25% from the previous close of ₹191.20. Arkade Developers' profit up 70% to ₹33.26 crore in Q4 FY25
NEW DELHI: Realty firm Arkade Developers Ltd on Tuesday reported a 70 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 33.26 crore for the latest quarter ended March. Its net profit stood at Rs 19.61 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 134.34 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal from Rs 123.13 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing. During the 2024-25 fiscal, Arkade Developers' net profit grew to Rs 156.92 crore from Rs 122.91 crore in the year-ago period. Total income climbed to Rs 694.60 crore last fiscal from Rs 635.71 crore in the 2023-24 fiscal. Arkade Developers is one of the leading real estate companies in the country.

Arkade Developers Q4 sales bookings up 11% at Rs 217 cr; FY25 rises 20%
Realty firm Arkade Developers Ltd on Tuesday reported an 11 per cent rise in sales bookings to Rs 217 crore for the latest quarter ended March. Its sales bookings stood at Rs 196 crore in the year-ago period. "During 2024-25, Arkade Developers achieved robust pre-sales (sales bookings) of Rs 773 crore, marking a 19.8 per cent increase from Rs 645 crore in the previous year. This growth reflects the continued demand for the residential portfolio of Arkade in the Mumbai region," the company said in a regulatory filing. The amount collected from customers stood at Rs 716 crore in the last fiscal, up by 21.8 per cent when compared to the preceding year. Mumbai-based Arkade sold 2,49,000 sq ft in 2024-25 compared to 2,03,000 sq ft in the preceding year, recording a 22.7 per cent annual growth. Arkade Developers Chairman and Managing Director Amit Jain said, "FY25 was a year of consistent performance and robust momentum. With a sharp focus on timely execution, sales velocity and customer satisfaction, we have witnessed significant growth in top-line sales and collections". The improved operational efficiency and disciplined project management have laid a strong foundation for future pipelines, he added. Founded in 1986, the company has completed 31 projects, comprising 55 lakh square feet of area. An additional over 20 lakh square feet area is currently under construction.
