Arthur Gourounlian shares weight loss secret after shedding 9lbs in just 28 days
Dancing With The Stars judge Arthur Gourounlian has revealed he has dropped 9lbs in 28 days. The Armenian-born choreographer began a health transformation last month after feeling like he was beginning to struggle running after his two young children, Blu and Blake. Since undergoing his health journey, he said he has lost an incredible 4.3kg (9lbs) of body fat, in just 28 days. 'It's honestly been fantastic,' Arthur shared. 'I didn't think a 20- minute weights session could make such a big difference—but the results speak for themselves, just look at me!' Determined to kick off his summer feeling strong and energised, Arthur worked with Educogym in Dundrum in Dublin to start his transformation. 'As daddy of my two babies, and with multiple dance, TV and video projects on the go, time is always a challenge,' Arthur admitted. 'But Educogym made it 'doable'. Just 20 minutes a session, 3 times a week, I could train, work, have fun with the girls, and still feel like I'd done something powerful for myself. That balance has been priceless.' Using advanced BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology, with a special 'In Body' scanner, Jamie and his team at Educogym pinpoint exactly where the body needs to change—tailoring every exercise rep, set, and meal to maximise fat loss and muscle gain. 'The secret is resistance training, great nutrition and a dedicated mindset,' says Jamie. 'We help people visualise who they want to become—fitter, stronger, more alive. Arthur had that vision from day one. He knew what he wanted to achieve, he was committed and focused. That's what powers real transformation. 'We actually lose an average of ½ lb of muscle each year once we reach the age of 30, so it is important to maintain strength and muscle tone for overall health,' said Jamie. 'Certainly, there is no magic wand to stop the effects of ageing but with our help, and with this programme people can see results very quickly.' Arthur told us previously at the Platinum VIP Style Awards: 'It's only a 20 minute workout, but it's all about the food. And I'm learning, instead of eating five sandwiches, I'm going for one. And it's kind of like, makes me feel good. And now I feel bad if I eat lots of chocolate. 'Instead of having five million KitKats, I'm having one, just a little taste, but I haven't had any sweets. It feels good. 'I have two kids. I just want to run after them. You know, longevity. 'I knew I was getting heavy after being a dancer. I was like, 'my legs are getting heavy.' 'I've got always so much energy, energy I always have. But I was like, You know what? I'm getting heavy. I'm going to try to look after myself.'

WBC orders Badou Jack vs. Noel Mikaelyan immediate title rematch after controversial decision
Badou Jack (left) and Norair Mikaeljan are going to have to run it back. () The WBC ordered an immediate rematch between Badou Jack and Noel Mikaelyan for Jack's cruiserweight championship on Monday afternoon, after a successful appeal from Mikaelyan's promoter, Don King Productions. If the pair is unable to reach a deal for their ordered title bout, a purse bid hearing will commence on July 1. Advertisement Jack won a controversial majority decision (114-114, 115-113, 115-113) over Mikaelyan on the Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs. William Scull undercard in Riyadh this past month. Mikaelyan out-landed Jack 153 to 122 in total punches over 12 rounds. DAZN's Chris Mannix on the live broadcast had Mikaelyan in front — as did Uncrowned's unofficial scorecard and the majority of viewers at home — however the judges decided differently at the conclusion of 36 minutes. This led to Mikaelyan and his team filing an appeal with the WBC over the decision — and in a rare move, the WBC granted the request for an immediate rematch. Advertisement Mikaelyan (27-3, 12 KOs), who stepped in on three weeks' notice to replace the injured Ryan Rozicki, has been on the wrong end of debatable decisions before. The Armenian-born German fighter lost a controversial split decision to Krzysztof Wlodarczyk in 2017, and his efforts were grossly under-appreciated in a unanimous decision defeat to Mairis Briedis the following year. Mikaelyan stopped Ilunga Junior Makabu in three rounds to capture the WBC cruiserweight crown in November 2023 but was stripped of the belt after a promotional dispute with Don King. This led to the WBC reinstating Jack (29-3-3, 17 KOs), the champion in recess at the time, as the full champion. When Mikaelyan stepped in to replace Rozicki and face Jack in May, a saga spanning two years at cruiserweight seemed like it was finally reaching a conclusion. But now with the WBC's ruling, there will inevitably be even more holdups to unification bouts being made involving the WBC cruiserweight title.

Thief of famed Churchill photo sentenced to jail: Canadian media
A Canadian man who stole the famed portrait of a scowling Winston Churchill in a brazen international art heist was sentenced to jail Monday, according to local media. The "Roaring Lion" portrait of the late British prime minister had been gifted to the Fairmont Chateau Laurier hotel in Ottawa by the late Armenian-born Canadian photographer Yousuf Karsh. Taken by Karsh after the wartime leader addressed the Canadian parliament in 1941, Churchill's scowl becoming a symbol of British defiance in World War II. In August 2022 hotel staff noticed the photograph, hanging in a reading room next to the main lobby, had been replaced with a forgery, and Ottawa police in 2024 announced they had found the culprit. According to Canada's public broadcaster CBC, the man, Jeffrey Wood, pleaded guilty to forgery, theft, and trafficking property obtained by crime in March. He was sentenced to jail for a duration of two years less a day on Monday at an Ottawa courthouse. CBC reported that Justice Robert Wadden told Wood that he was guilty of stealing a "cultural and historical" portrait that was a "point of national pride." In 2024, Ottawa police said that with the help of public tips and forensic sleuthing, they had found Wood living just west of Ottawa while the stolen portrait was in Italy. The portrait had been sold through an auction house in London to a buyer in Italy, both of whom were unaware it was stolen, police said then. It was returned to the hotel last September. The image is arguably the most recognized of Churchill and widely circulated, even appearing on the British five pound note. In an account posted on his official website, Karsh said making the portrait "changed my life." He had captured Churchill's churlish expression immediately after plucking a cigar out of the British leader's mouth. "By the time I got back to my camera, he looked so belligerent he could have devoured me," Karsh said. "It was at that instant that I took the photograph." Agence France-Presse
