Asif and Awais reach Asian team championship semis
It was a big day for Pakistan at the Asian 6 Red & Team Championship 2025 on Friday as four top cueists in two teams, Pakistan 1 and Pakistan 2 contended for the semifinal spot in Colombo on Friday. However, it was the three-time IBSF World Champion Muhammad Asif paired with Awais Munir who emerged as the winners from the quarterfinal encounter. They defeated Muhammad Sajjad and Shahid Aftab in Pakistan 2 side 3-1, only dropping the second frame in the best-of-five match. Asif and Awais took the first frame conveniently 74(52)-53(53) but Sajjad and Shahid levelled the match in the second frame, taking it 66-27. But Asif and Awais made sure that they make any mistakes in the following two frames 61-22, 78(62)-1 to seal the win. Pakistan 1 will play Malaysia in the semifinal on Saturday. The championship began on June 22nd and it will conclude on Sunday. Earlier, Pakistan 2 were defeated by China 3-1, whereas Pakistan 1 defeated hosts Sri Lanka 1 3-1 in their first match of the day, and then Pakistan 2 defeated Sri Lankan 2 in their second match on Friday before booking the place in the all-Pakistan quarterfinal. Today, Asif will be looking to win the championship to make up for his defeat in the Asian 6 Red men's championship, where he lost in the semifinal to Malaysia's Thor Chun Leong on Wednesday, finishing with a bronze medal. Meanwhile, India will be taking on Hong Kong 1 in the first semifinal of the day on Saturday. India defeated Qatar 3-0 in their quarterfinal and Hong Kong 1 outplayed Bahrain 3-0 to progress into the last-four round.

Hania Aamir's HD pics and Pakistani drama episodes being sold to Indians for Rs 25? Internet cannot deal
The internet is truly undefeated. Just when you thought things could not get more dramatic, a Pakistani man decided to turn global tensions into a side hustle. After the recent terror attacks in Pahalgam led to several Pakistani social media accounts and drama channels being blocked in India, one Instagram user named Awais saw an opportunity — and boy, did he shoot his shot. Indians can watch Hania Aamir's show in Rs 25 In a now-viral Instagram Story, Awais offered to sell Indians blocked Pakistani content — from full HD photos of actress Hania Aamir to entire episodes of popular dramas — at the very affordable rate of Rs 25 per episode. Yes, twenty-five rupees. No UPI charges, no OTT tantrums. The Story read like a true 2025 hustle: 'Hania Aamir ki full HD pictures ya kisi bhi Pakistani drama ki episodes downloaded chahiye to raabta karein.' Is it a joke or reality? While it is unclear whether the offer was a joke or a low-key pitch for a black market streaming startup, it definitely caused a social media meltdown. Reddit users were the first to grab the popcorn, with one netizen stating that anyone desperate to watch banned content would 'simply use a VPN anyway." Another chimed in that Telegram groups offering the same stuff for free were already sprouting like mushrooms in monsoon. Someone even predicted a 'new startup is loading,' while a Shark Tank meme made the rounds with 'Rs 25 for 5% equity' jokes flying. Hania Aamir's fake Instagram story The drama does not stop there. Hania Aamir, who unintentionally became the face of this bizarre narrative, was also recently dragged into controversy over a fake post circulating online. The viral screenshot falsely quoted her blaming the Pakistan Army for the Pahalgam attack and pleading with Indian PM Narendra Modi not to punish ordinary Pakistanis. The actress, who has maintained a dignified silence over political matters, was quick to issue a clarification. She denied ever making such statements and urged people to stop believing and sharing misinformation without verifying facts. Meanwhile, back on Instagram, Awais may or may not be the hero we deserve, but he certainly is the one the internet needed. In a post-ban era where censorship, fandom and hustle culture collide, this Rs 25 drama just got its own masala plotline.
