Parents are racing to B&M desperate to nab 'the cutest' kids' cabin cases - they're ideal for EasyJet & Jet2 passengers The Home Bargains set is available in three styles - so if your little one can't get enough of sharks, rainbows or camo print, you're sure to find something that's just right for them. It won't burn a hole in your wallet either, as it's priced at just £19.99, which we think is a real steal. Holiday packing tips Jemma Solomon, aka The Label Lady has got 5 packing tips to help you get organised for your next holiday. 1. Write a list Think about all the essentials you need to take with you; suncream, medicine, a few games for the kids, beach towels, and write everything in one list, which you can tick off as you add it to your suitcase. Or for complete ease, try Google's AI app - Gemini - which will create a list for you and help you not over pack. 2. Involve your kids Jemma said: 'My girls are getting older, they're 11 and nine, and they enjoy helping to pack. So I send them a list, and say 'this is what you need' and they follow the list. 'And then I give them a rucksack each - and say to them 'you can have whatever you want in there as long as it's not liquid', and they can take that on the plane. And that's their 'home away from home' items.' 3. Try a hack or two She said: "I think they all work, but for different reasons - and you've just got to pick the right one for your trip. "Rolling your clothes is really good to stop your clothes from getting creases. And if you're trying to get a lot of items into your case, it's a space saver. 'Packing cubes are great - for example, I'm going on holiday with my three kids and we're all using the same suitcase for our clothes. "These handy compartments let you separate your clothes, toiletries and tech into designated cubes, maximising luggage space by keeping your items compressed and neatly stacked. "I love taking them abroad with the family and it means my kids can easily take charge of their own items once we've arrived." 4. Decant beauty products Do you really need to take full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner with you? The beauty industry has evolved so much, you can now buy shampoo bars or sheets - which are much lighter and smaller. Or, if you'll be popping to the shops when you're abroad, consider buying some items when you arrive. 5. Get organised before you come home Jemma said: 'When you repack on holiday [before coming home], the trick is to separate clean from dirty clothes. 'Also pack it in some form of order - so lights, darks, colours for items that need washing, or if you wash your clothes by person in the household, piles for each person. "Then you can put it straight into the washing machine. Do it straight away, don't leave it." And it's clear that Facebook users were left beaming with the high-street find, as Catherine's post has quickly racked up 121 likes and 72 comments. One person said: 'I got one of them for my son and he loved it.' Another added: 'That looks good.' Meanwhile, a third tagged a friend and commented: 'If you see this, let me know.' Not only this, but one parent mentioned a loved one and beamed: 'I want these for the kids!' Shoppers run to Matalan for £20 vanity case that doubles as the perfect holiday hand luggage & it's cabin size approved
MATALAN is selling a "cute" vanity case for just £20 - and it could double as the perfect hand luggage. Now that summer is finally upon us, and with temperatures set to ramp up again next week, many of us are likely making plans for a holiday. 2 2 But finding a bag that meets the strict size guidelines of airlines can be tricky. Thankfully, Matalan has the perfect product to put travellers at ease - and it's on sale. Whether it's a sunny getaway, hen do abroad or a work trip, the Hardshell Vanity will hold everything you need for a short time away. In classic cream and tan colours, the small case is built with a durable hardshell exterior which offers extra protection for your belongings while remaining lightweight for easy handling. It has wheels for easy transport, separate compartments for easy packing and measures 36.5 x 17 x 27cm. This makes it ideal for EasyJet customers, with their under-seat cabin bag's maximum dimensions being 45x36x20cm, including handles and wheels. The airline claims this size allows you to 'bring all the essentials for a short trip' - but Pia decided to see if this was true for her. And if it's a UK staycation you're heading away for, the vanity case also has a space expansion meaning you can enjoy up to 25% extra packing space. Posting on the BARGAIN LOVERS - Poundland, Home Bargains, B&M, Primark, The Range & More Facebook page, which boasts 843,000 members, one savvy shopper said: "Picked up this lovely travel vanity case from Matalan, £20 was £25 but there is 20% off. "It also comes with a strap, and a mirror and has lots of inside pockets and slots to slot your products into." Primark launches new range of cabin bags on wheels - they're approved by all budget airlines & there's matching carry-ons too Other bargain hunters are just as impressed as one gushed: "I've got one they are fab." "I need one", cried a second. A third echoed: "Need a trip to matalan now then." "How cute", chimed in a fourth. Meanwhile, someone else suggested: "For our holibobs?" "Then you can put it straight into the washing machine. Do it straight away, don't leave it." Unfortunately, the Matalan case is too big for Ryanair's underseat baggage dimensions (40x20x25cm). But Primark is selling an underseat bag which has racked up a legion of fans, and measures 40x20x25cm, when its wheels are removed, meaning it's fully compliant with the budget airline. The wheels are 'easy click', so they can be detached in seconds on the plane if you need. The hardshell suitcase also includes a handy bag for storing the wheels during the flight, and has a number of different zipped compartments to make packing easier. The bags also won't break the bank, costing just £25 each and saving you having to pay for any luggage on the flight.

Abigail Wilson, Senior Digital Writer Published: Invalid Date, BARGAIN hunters are racing to get to their nearest TK Maxx store, desperate to nab new solar lights that have recently hit shelves. Solar lights have been all the rage over the last few months, with shoppers eagerly flocking to Asda, B&M and Home Bargains to stock up in time for summer. 3 3 3 But now, TK Maxx has cashed in on the incredibly popular trend - and have even released their very own version of the viral hot air balloon lights that sent shoppers wild just days ago. One savvy shopper was recently left gobsmacked when browsing the aisles in her local TK Maxx, when she spotted the brand new affordable finds. Eager to alert others to the purse-friendly products, Catherine Jacinto Dela Cruz took to social media to give a close-up look at the chain's new products, which start from just £3.99. Posting on BARGAIN LOVERS Poundland, Home Bargains, B&M, Primark, The Range & More, a public Facebook group with 835,300 members, Catherine uploaded a picture of the large selection of solar lights and simply penned: 'Solar powered lights at TK Maxx.' Not only can shoppers now get their hands on a pack of 10 Glowworm LED Metal Diamond String Lights for just £3.99, but there's even a Colour Changing LED Solar Crackle Ball on the shelves too. If you really want to add style to your outside space, shoppers are sure to be stunned by the solar powered Spiralight, which is priced at just £7.99 and if you ask us, is the perfect garden feature for balmy nights. As well as this, there's also a pack of 100 Firefly String Lights, that are bound to brighten up your space and leave your guests (and eagle-eyed neighbours) impressed. But that's not all, as there's even a pack of four Fairy Mushroom Stake Lights, that will turn your garden into a lush oasis in a matter of seconds. As part of TK Maxx's £12.99 and under range, shoppers will also find a pack of Triple Starburst String Lights, as well as a Starburst Stake Light. Also in this range, shoppers can nab the Eureka Festoons, which are great for adding colour to a dull space. Beautiful garden pieces in Home Bargains that'll transform your outdoor haven There's also the Eureka Orbs, that are brilliant for those looking to ensure your space feels luxe. And if you thought that was it, prepare to be open-mouthed when you see the SkyRunner String Lights. Not only do they look strikingly similar to the hot air balloon solar lights that sent many wild recently, but they have also been hailed as 'perfect for adding a burst of colour' to your home or garden. How Does TK Maxx Flog Designer for Cheap? TK Maxx follows an off-price business model to get designer products for cheap It buys merchandise from various brands and designers at a discount and then sells it to customers at lower prices than traditional retail stores The selection at its outlets often includes overstocked items, last season's styles and goods from cancelled orders. The Gold Label is a premium collection of designer and luxury products offered by TK Maxx. If you love designer clothes, this is the tag you want to look out for on pieces. The hot air balloon string lights are currently available to buy from B&Q for £18.99, but those on a budget will be pleased to know that they are part of TK Maxx's £12.99 and under range. They are said to provide "decor by day" and "light by night" and are spot on for those looking to create a "unique statement". Not only does the "intelligent technology" ensure the lights automatically switch on at dusk and then off at dawn, but they can be hung from trees or fences for the ultimate, magical effect. But you'll need to move fast if you want to get your hands on these purse-friendly buys, as like everything in TK Maxx, they will be available while stocks last and are sure to sell out fast.

I transformed a £10.50 Aldi buy into a ‘jaw-dropping' garden feature & people think it's ‘really impressive'
A DIY enthusiast has shared the simple way she transformed a £10.50 Aldi buy into a jaw-dropping garden feature. So if you want to add some style to your garden for spring but your purse is feeling tighter than ever before, then you've come to the right place. 3 3 3 Laura Trott, a savvy DIY fan from the UK, used bargain buys from Amazon and Home Bargains to give an Aldi planter a new lease of life. Rather than put a plant in the planter, Laura made her own faux fish pond - and we think it looks fabulous. Eager to show off her DIY creation, Laura took to social media, sharing a breakdown of the costs of her purse-friendly project. Posting on BARGAIN LOVERS Poundland, Home Bargains, B&M, Primark, The Range & More, a public Facebook group with 835,300 members, Laura uploaded snaps of the Aldi planter, which she transformed with faux fish, a faux lily pad, a solar water fountain and stones. Alongside her post, Laura penned: 'I turned this £10 Aldi UK planter into a faux fish pond.' The bargain hunter confirmed that she nabbed the planter from Aldi for £10.50, which she filled with faux fish that she ordered from Amazon for £5.99. As well as this, she also added in a lily pad which she got from Amazon for £3.50 and also completed the feature with a solar water fountain, which was also from Amazon for £18.50. Laura explained that you can buy solar water fountains from just £8 online, but she opted for a slightly more expensive one that lights up at night. As well as this, she also added in stones that she got for just £4.50 from Home Bargains. While many garden features similar to this retail anywhere from £56 to £180 online, Laura spent just £42.99 in total on hers, making her DIY project a real steal. Mrs Hinch raves about £2 Home Bargains buy that 'adds charm to your garden' & a £10 product that's 'cheaper than Amazon' And it's clear that Laura's faux fish pond has left many very impressed, as her post has quickly racked up 1,100 likes and 512 comments. Users eagerly raced to the comments to praise the 'jaw-dropping' feature, which many thought looked 'beautiful'. Garden features that add the most value to a house A well-kept garden can add anywhere between 5-20% to the value of a property. carried out a study and consulted 36 estate agents, garden designers and property professionals from across the UK. I'm going to do it with my boys! Thank you!' Another added: 'Really impressive.' A third commented: 'So cute.' Meanwhile, someone else beamed: 'Truly amazingly beautifully beautiful.' Unlock even more award-winning articles as The Sun launches brand new membership programme - Sun Club 8 must-have plants to brighten up your garden Nick Hamilton owner of Barnsdale Gardens has shared his favourite plants and flowers you should consider adding to your garden, borders and pots. Tricyrtis A spectacular plant that gives a real exotic feel to any garden with its orchid-like, spotted flowers giving the impression that this plant should be tender but it is 'as tough as old boots!'. Penstemon I love this plants genus of because most will flower all summer and autumn. They'll grow in sun or semi-shade in a well drained soil and produce a non-stop display of tubular flowers in an array of colours and colour combination to suit all tastes. Luzula sylvatica 'Marginata' With the evergreen leaves edged with yellow it's great asset is that it will grow in sun or shade in any type of soil and is great as groundcover in the hardest spot to fill - dry shade. Eryngium x zabelii 'Big Blue' A stunning, nectar-rich plant that will feed the beneficial insects in your garden. Leave the flowerheads once they have turned brown because they look stunning with winter frost and snow, extending the plant's interest period. Sarcococca hookeriana 'Winter Gem' If you need winter scent then look no further than this compact, evergreen shrub. The scent is stunning and the evergreen leaves create an excellent backdrop for the summer flowers. Cornus sanguinea 'Anny's Winter Orange' A dwarf version of 'Midwinter Fire' the very colourful stems create a stunning winter display, particularly on sunny days. Rosa 'Noisette Carnee' A very well-behaved climbing rose that is perfect for training over an arch, pergola or gazebo. The small, 'noisette' flowers are blush-pink and produce the most amazing clove scent constantly from June to November. Sanguisorba hakusanensis 'Lilac Squirrel' I've never seen a squirrel with a drooping, shaggy lilac tail, but this variety will give your garden an unusual and different look throughout summer. It does need a moisture retentive soil but will grow in sun or semi-shade.
