Tom Holland shrugs off James Bond rejection after he was branded 'too adorable' for 007 role by launching major charm offensive at beer event

has shrugged off his James Bond rejection as he stepped out for a beer event on Saturday, showing off his charm to fans. The actor, 29, was snapped in Covent Garden for the event which saw his non-alcoholic beer brand BERO team up with Shopify. Boasting a summery look as the sun beamed down, Tom wore a blue and white striped shirt and paired it with a white fitted chino. The BERO x Shopify pop up event also saw him put to work, pouring pints and serving customers. His adorableness was on full display too as he posed for pictures with fans as they enjoyed the non alcoholic beer. It comes after it was revealed how Tom, who was heavily rumoured to be the next James Bond, along with Saltburn star Jacob Elordi and Babygirl actor Harris Dickinson. Fans of the 007 franchise were particularly disillusioned with the possibility of Tom Holland bagging the part. The results of a MailOnline poll even revealed that the majority of film-lovers would rather 'someone else' play 007. A staggering 72 per cent of voters opted for the 'someone else' option, while 13 per cent picked Australian Jacob Elordi, five per cent chose Harris Dickinson and 10 per cent fancied Holland. But Tom too received a heap of backlash on X, formerly known as Twitter, with a host of fans questioning whether he's really a suitable Bond. The British actor has previously starred as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far from Home, with many cinema-goers describing him as 'adorable'. Daniel Craig relinquished the part with the 2021 film No Time To Die and there hasn't been a Bond film released since. Following months of speculation, three names for the coveted role at last emerged on Tuesday from Coral Bookmakers with one lead actor back in the running. ‘I gave Tom Holland's no-alcohol lager to a beer fan and here's what he thought'

Hollywood actor Tom Holland has created his own line of non-alcohol beers, and we tried them out – and they make a great Father's Day gift for those who don't want alcohol With Father's Day is now just over a week away, there seems to be a large focus on beer in the shops at the moment. But nowadays enjoying a cold pint doesn't necessarily mean having to drink alcohol, and nowadays there are plenty of great non-alcoholic beers and lagers to choose from – including one new beer brand created by A-list actor Tom Holland. The Spider-Man star launched BERO, his premium no- (or rather, very very low-) alcohol beer, in the UK at the beginning of this year, after speaking openly about his problems with alcohol in the past. Keen to test it out, I secretly gave some of BERO's drinks to a beer lover, without telling them that it was alcohol-free, and – spoiler alert – they couldn't tell the difference. BERO currently sells four different brews: Edge Hill Hazy IPA, Kingston Golden Pils, Noon Wheat and the newly launched Double Tasty West Coast Style IPA, all with alcohol content of less than 0.5%, and with prices starting from £14 for a six-pack from the BERO website. As our tester typically drinks lager over ales, I poured him a glass of Kingston Golden Pils, which is BERO's lager-style offering and lists its tasting notes as "malty, biscuit, herbal, spicy, grassy, toast, bread, Vienna malt, moderate bitterness" (please ignore the totally inappropriate glass it's been poured into in the photo above; I clearly need to invest in some proper beer glassware...). Our tester is normally pretty sceptical about non-alcoholic beers ("I'd rather have nothing," is his typical response...), but I could tell that he really enjoyed this, praising its flavours and how crisp and refreshing it was. It also poured a really authentic looking head, unlike a lot of no-alcohol alternatives. Although he suspected it might contain a lower alcohol percentage than his usual favourite, he didn't realise it there was 'no' alcohol in it until I told him. As a non-beer-drinker myself, I also had a sip – and honestly couldn't believe how nice it was. It wasn't at all sweet or watery like a lot of zero-alcohol alternatives, and tasted really premium – but without the very bitter tang that I usually dislike in alcoholic beers. I could definitely see myself enjoying this on a warm summer's day. There are also plenty of five star reviews of these cans over on the BERO website, with customers calling Kingston Golden Pils "one of the best NA beers I've tried" and saying how it " tastes exactly how a beer should, has amazing texture and perfect body". My top picks for gifting from BERO are the variety packs, starting from £28.50 for 12 cans, which are a great way to trial the range. Another place to shop for no-alcohol beers is BrewDog; its Mixed AF selection pack can be bought in boxes of eight, 24 or 48 cans, with prices starting from £10. BeerHunter, meanwhile, sells a 12-pack Craft Beer Low/No Alcohol Free Mixed Beer Selection for £25.95, containing a large range of cans and bottles. Zendaya & Tom Holland Are Putting Wedding on Hold For a Big Reason, Says ‘Source'

Zendaya and Tom Holland are surely looking forward to their wedding. However, it seems like they won't be able to hold their ceremony anytime soon. With the couple having several projects in the pipeline, it is hard for them to find time to plan their nuptials. Moreover, while Holland is ready to elope immediately, his girlfriend reportedly wants a big ceremony with their loved ones present to celebrate their love. A source recently told RadarOnline that Zendaya and Tom Holland are having to postpone their wedding due to their busy schedules. While the couple is very much in love, it seems like they will have to be patient before they can say 'I do.' The actors have several movies and television series in the works. In addition, Holland has his non-alcoholic beer brand BERO to consider as well. The insider revealed that the BAFTA Award winner is more than willing to elope with his girlfriend immediately. However, the fashion icon has 'a vision of a wedding,' which involves their loved ones and a proper celebration. The source told the outlet, 'If Tom could jet away with Zendaya and marry her in some exotic locale, he would.' The pair allegedly did try their best to 'fit' the wedding into their schedules this year. However, it just was not possible as they both have several projects on hand at the moment. The insider also highlighted that the couple's career-first mindset doesn't help, calling it 'one of the big challenges' they face. The duo supposedly lets their personal lives take a backseat when they have work. The source further explained, 'Trying to line up schedules can be brutal – it's one of the things that gets in the way for a lot of high-profile Hollywood relationships.' Tom Holland and Zendaya are also not happy about the postponement of their wedding, with both feeling frustrated about the delay. Furthermore, the couple has apparently 'hit a point where the distance and constant travel are really wearing them down.' Even when one of them is in the same place as the other, their partner is 'usually working insane hours.' Originally reported by Namrata Padhee on Reality Tea. Tom Holland Faces Hilarious Hiccup Buying His Own Nonalcoholic Beer

Tom Holland's quest to track down his nonalcoholic beer 'out in the wild' went hilariously awry this week when the 'Spider-Man' actor was barred from completing the purchase for an unexpected reason. On Tuesday, Holland posted a series of videos to his Instagram Stories in which he was seen dropping by a number of Target stores in search of Bero, the nonalcoholic beer he launched last year. 'So I haven't been in the [United] States for a while,' the English actor explained in one of the videos. 'And I'm gonna go visit some Bero on the shelves, out in the wild.' After failing to find Bero at two Target stores, Holland seemingly got lucky at a third when he spotted some 12-packs for sale ― that is, until he says he encountered yet another obstacle. 'OK, so success! I found some, I bought it [but] they wouldn't accept my ID because it's English and I couldn't prove my age,' the actor said, hinting he'd gone unrecognized by the store's staff. Fortunately, he said, 'a really lovely employee' ended up coming to his rescue by scanning their own ID. 'Kind of ironic that I wasn't allowed to buy my own product,' he added. Tom Holland says Target staff wouldn't sell his own non-alcoholic beer BERO to him because he couldn't prove his age.'They wouldn't accept my ID, because it's English, and I couldn't prove my age.' — DiscussingFilm (@DiscussingFilm) February 18, 2025 Many retailers require customers to be of legal drinking age before purchasing nonalcoholic drinks, as well as medications such as NyQuil, as both may contain miniscule amounts of alcohol. It's also believed doing so will reduce the risk of selling alcohol to minors, as Heineken, Budweiser and other popular beer brands produce nonalcoholic drinks in similar packaging. Holland unveiled Bero in the fall of 2024 in hopes of giving sober people like himself a way to 'reintegrate into that social environment where they might feel like they're not necessarily welcome.' 'I felt really passionate about being sober, promoting a healthier lifestyle, making a difference and helping people,' he told Food & Wine in October. 'My first year of sobriety would have been much easier had I had a product like Bero.' The actor has credited the 2023 Apple TV+ mini-series 'The Crowded Room,' in which he portrayed a teen arrested for a crime he may not have committed, with giving him an impetus to quit drinking alcohol. 'I'm no stranger to the physical aspects of the job doing the whole action-movie thing,' he told Entertainment Weekly. 'But the mental aspect, it really beat me up and it took a long time for me to recover afterwards, to sort of get back to reality.'
