He noted that the medical shipment provided to the hospital's 'Egyptian wing' is meant to convey a message of pride and appreciation of longstanding Egyptian-Malian relations, and an immediate response to meet the hospital's needs. In this context, the secretary general of the Malian Ministry of Health, the director general of the Luxembourg Maternity and Childhood Hospital and the director general of the Amadou Toumani Touré Foundation headed by the wife of the former president of Mali delivered speeches praising depth of distinguished Egyptian-Malian relations and expressing sincere appreciation of the shipment of medical aid presented by Egypt, underlining the high contribution of the delivered medical assistance in providing treatment for patients.
