Sport Impact Summit teams up with HOKO for global expansion

Sport Impact Summit (SIS) has announced a strategic partnership with HOKO, the UAE-based experiential agency known for its work across sport, hospitality and AI innovation. The partnership will see HOKO lead SIS's global expansion efforts, with new editions of the Summit planned in Abu Dhabi, China, Bahrain and Singapore over the next 12 months. Following the success of SIS 2024 in Dubai, the second edition is set to take place in Abu Dhabi in December 2025. The move signals SIS's ambition to build an international presence as a platform connecting sport, sustainability and technology. Founded by Bally Singh and Max Palethorpe, HOKO has built a global reputation through its premium hospitality brand Aioka, which delivers high-end experiences for brands like Mclaren, Mercedes-Benz, Red Bull and LVMH at Formula 1 weekends in cities like Monaco, Las Vegas and Singapore. The agency also recently launched HUMAIN, an AI-powered content creation platform developed under Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. 'The collaboration with HOKO marks a pivotal moment for SIS,' said Sean Morris, Co-Founder of Sport Impact Summit. 'Bally and Max's team bring deep domain expertise in delivering world-class experiences at the intersection of sport, hospitality and innovation. The partnership will help accelerate our global expansion and enhance the brand experiences across the Sport Impact Series.' He added that with sustainability becoming an increasingly central theme in global sports and business, the alliance also supports SIS's long-term vision of delivering experiences with lasting value and real-world relevance. 'With innovation in sustainability taking centre stage in global sports and business arenas, this alliance aims to meet growing client demand for authentic and impactful sustainability solutions. HOKO's experiential expertise and deep relationships across elite sports and brand platforms create a high-impact pathway for SIS to deliver its mission worldwide,' he said. 'We've seen first-hand the growing demand from brands, rights holders, and venues to integrate sustainability into their core strategy,' said Balbinder Singh and Max Palethorpe, Founders of HOKO. 'SIS has created a bold and meaningful platform, and we're thrilled to partner with them to scale their vision globally.'

Hoko Agency acquires Everdome for creative AI venture

Hoko Agency, known for its cutting-edge campaigns for global brands including Mercedes-Benz, DP World, Hublot, Red Bull, Zegna, and LVMH, has announced the acquisition of Everdome, a pioneering UAE-based metaverse company. This strategic acquisition supports the growth of HumAIn Assets, Hoko's newest venture aimed at reimagining content creation through a fusion of human creativity, artificial intelligence, and community engagement. Since its inception in 2022, Everdome has delivered award-winning metaverse experiences for partners such as OKX and Alpine Web3, while playing a key role in initiatives like the UAE government's Jahiz program. Their success has been driven by a nimble, Web3-native approach, community-focused storytelling, and a deep understanding of immersive digital marketing. Through this acquisition, Everdome's $DOME token and core leadership team will integrate into HumAIn Assets, a platform designed to reshape the way digital content, from imagery to video to copy, is commissioned, created, and delivered. At the helm of this initiative are Bally Singh, Chairman of Hoko Agency; Scott Melker, a leading voice in Web3 media; and Everdome CEO Jeremy Lopez, who brings extensive expertise in Web3 execution, creative marketing, and community engagement. 'Our mission is simple: to deliver scalable, high-quality content without compromising on emotional resonance, timing, or creativity', said Bally Singh. 'While AI can automate much of the process, the final layer, the taste, context, and timing, remains inherently human. That's what elevates content from acceptable to exceptional'. Recent research from the American Marketing Association indicates that nearly 90% of marketers are incorporating generative AI into their workflows. However, the industry is grappling with a decline in content quality and a widening gap between output and impact. HumAIn Assets is being developed to strike the right balance, leveraging AI for speed while maintaining human oversight to ensure quality and relevance. Everdome's expertise in rapid, high-impact storytelling and immersive campaigns makes it a powerful addition to this vision. 'Web2 unlocked the creator economy. Web3 introduced true creator ownership. AI brings unprecedented speed', said Scott Melker, Co-founder of HumAIn Assets. 'The real breakthrough lies in integrating all three to build a sustainable, creator-first system. This isn't about hype, it's about creating the future of content production'. More than just marketing muscle, Everdome brings a proven track record in building and sustaining engaged communities, an increasingly valuable asset in the evolving digital economy. 'In Web3, community isn't a buzzword, it's the backbone', Melker added. 'When your audience becomes your collaborators, you're not just marketing to people, you're building with them'. Jeremy Lopez, CEO of Everdome, commented: 'Everdome was built on the belief that digital experiences can be bold, creative, and community-led. Joining Hoko and contributing to the vision for HumAIn Assets gives us the opportunity to build lasting infrastructure for the future of the creative economy'. With this acquisition, HumAIn Assets accelerates its ambition to combine the usability and scalability of Web2 platforms, hallmarks of companies like Uber, Fiverr, and Instagram, with the transparency, decentralised engagement, and payment systems of Web3, all enhanced by the capabilities of AI. Currently in invite-only beta, HumAIn Assets is already delivering results for select clients. With live briefs, active production, and content delivery underway, the venture is moving beyond proof-of-concept and toward becoming a new industry standard. HumAIn blends AI power and human precision

Launched recently, HumAIn Assets is redefining what it means to deliver high-quality digital creative assets – images, video, text, and more – at a speed and price set by the user. This new platform eliminates the friction of creative agencies and freelancer platforms, utilising AI to provide a streamlined, scalable, human-guided alternative to content production. Having been working in the background for the past twelve months under the Hoko ecosystem for global brands such as LVMH, DP World, ADGM, Mercedes-Benz, OKX and Tag Heuer – HumAIn Assets now brings this tailored workflow to the masses through their user-facing platform. Now everyone will have access to the same level of services as blue chip companies. According to a recent report by McKinsey, projects estimate generative AI will add $4.4 trillion in value across industries, while they highlight that 75% of generative AI's value lies in marketing and sales – areas where precision and speed matter most. A guiding principle – AI as co-pilot, humans as pilots – is central to the HumAIn Assets model. At its core, the platform simplifies creative production to four essentials: your brief, your deadline, your budget, and delivery. 'HumAIn Assets isn't another freelancer platform or DIY tool. We've stripped the creative workflow down to what really matters. There's no bloat, no back-and-forth, just high-quality results delivered fast – backed by real creative professionals and smart AI systems'', HumAIn Assets Founder, Bally Singh. The platform positions itself between traditional agencies and automated AI tools, promising agency-quality content at AI-level speed – with flexibility that scales. From motion ads to social posts, product scripts to YouTube thumbnails, HumAIn Assets offers professional-grade results without the agency timescales and pricing. ''AI and AI tools are set for exponential growth, however the real value is in harnessing their power for real businesses and real-world outcomes. HumAIn Assets is ready to bring this real-world impact to businesses and projects of all sizes,'' HumAIn Assets Co-founder, Scott Melker. Early access to HumAIn Assets is now open, with a tiered rollout of the platform scheduled for early Q3 2025. It's an ideal solution for bootstrapping entrepreneurs, one-person shows, marketers, founders, and growing teams who need high-volume, high-quality content – without the headaches. As businesses everywhere wrestle with the pace of innovation, the HumAIn Assets promise is simple: A creative workflow you can trust. Image Credit: HumAIn Assets
