SNAP! — Kern County Basque Club Festival
As is a longtime tradition, the Kern County Basque Festival took place at the Kern County Basque Club during Memorial Day weekend.
This event highlighted the talents of the local community and the Basque living elsewhere. This year's celebration showcased pelota players from the Basque country and local dancers and singers.
Festivities included performances from the band Luhartz, a mus tournament, Mass, a match with local and California pelota players and a variety of special meals.
