The interview included questions about his personal life and his views on topics like love and family. In the second episode of the interview series, the singer talked about his biggest regret. Tearing up, Hafiz said that his biggest regret was rage, revealing that his uncontrollable anger is one of the reasons for his recent personal issues. So, it's unsurprising that brands and companies want to use TokTi's name to promote their business, even if it's not legal. Recently, the songstress took to Instagram Stories to call out a licensed moneylender for misusing her name for a TikTok video. The video claimed that the business was endorsed by Siti Nurhaliza and even included her image. The rest of the captions included details of the loan. A quick look shows that the account would repeatedly use Siti Nurhaliza's name and image to promote the moneylender business. Netizens have called out the user for using the singer's name. However, she continues to claim that the business is endorsed by Siti Nurhaliza. In response, the 46-year-old posted on her Instagram Stories, denouncing the post and the TikTok account. In the captions, Siti Nurhaliza wrote, 'I saw this on TikTok. This is a scammer and a lie! If anyone sees this posting, please report and alert the rest in the comments so others won't fall for this.' Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the vocalist's name and image were used without her consent to promote businesses. Her image has been used in ads for investment companies and beauty products, to name a few. Sadly, some brands would even use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate videos showing Siti Nurhaliza with their products to make the 'endorsement' seem more realistic. The singer isn't the only public figure whose likeness has been illegally used in scams because influencer Khairul Aming has also called out people for using his face to promote their sketchy businesses. Fans are now calling for celebrities to take stricter measures to prevent such issues from recurring, including legal action.
