Wales hammer Czech Republic 5-1 in Poland

Wales beat hosts Poland for third in Nations Cup 2

Wales captain Beth Bingham believes their efforts in Poland will stand them in good stead for what lies ahead. "We're delighted to win our final match and take home the bronze medal," she said. "We've grown throughout the tournament as a team and learnt a lot about ourselves which will put us in good stead for the upcoming Europeans later this summer."

Wales hockey squads named for challenging summer
