Paris Hilton buys Mark Wahlberg's former home for 63m

Paris Hilton has bought Mark Wahlberg's former mansion after losing her home during the Los Angeles wildfires. The 44-year-old reality TV show star and DJ bought the 30,500-square-foot, 12-bedroom Beverly Park property for $63 million, according to The Wall Street Journal. The home has a wine-cellar, two bathrooms, dual staircase, library and a gym. The grounds feature a basketball and tennis court, skate park, five-hole golf course with a driving range and a resort-style pool with waterslides. Paris' brother, Barron N. Hilton, of Hilton Hilton, represented her in the purchase. Wahlberg and his wife Rhea Durham sold the property for $55 million in February 2023. Hilton – who has two children, Phoenix and London, with her husband Carter Reum – has been in the market for a new home ever since her house burned down in the LA wildfires earlier this year. She shared on Instagram at the time: 'Heartbroken beyond words. Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience. 'This home was where we built so many precious memories. It's where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London. 'We're in this together, LA. Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight. You never know when everything could change.'
