NBA Finals MVP odds: What are SGA's, Haliburton's odds of winning Bill Russell Trophy? Show Caption Hide Caption What can we expect next year from 'Inside the NBA' crew? Shaq shares how he's feeling about the last season of 'Inside the NBA' on TNT and what to look forward to next year on a new network. Sports Seriously With the Indiana Pacers' win over the New York Knicks, the 2025 NBA Finals matchup is set, featuring a pair of teams that have only reached the Finals a combined two times (not counting the Thunder's pre-Oklahoma City incarnation as the Seattle SuperSonics), with neither team having won one. That is to say that whichever city emerges victorious will be hoisting its first-ever Larry O'Brien Trophy. Clearly, both the Pacers and Thunder have a lot to play for, so this series might come down to which player on either team can find that extra level deep within them. Who can be the player to etch their name in the NBA history books by rising to the moment? Will it be MVP winner Shai Gilgeous-Alexander? That makes the most sense right? After all, he was arguably the main reason the Thunder reached this far in the first place. Could it be Tyrese Haliburton, who has earned himself the clutch badge after nearly averaging a double-double thus far? Who knows? That's why we're leaving the odds to the experts.
