IV of Spades makes comeback with single 'Aura' after 5 years

After a five-year hiatus, IV of Spades is back in making some music! The OPM band announced the release of their newest single, "Aura," on Wednesday by sharing the cover art, which features members Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, Badjao de Castro, and Unique Salonga in a lush field. "Aura. Out now," the group wrote. The group also changed their display photos on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook. Meanwhile, OPM fans can't help but get excited over their comeback. "Biggest comeback of 2025??" a fan wrote on Facebook. "This was not in my Bingo Card," another user wrote. In 2018, vocalist Unique left the band and has since had a solo career. In 2020, the remaining members of IV of Spades announced that they will be taking a break to pursue personal interests. IV of Spades was last spotted as a group in 2022 during Ed Sheeran's concert rehearsal. —Jade Veronique Yap/MGP, GMA Integrated News
