Fine Foods, Pasaraya OTK, and the "Bites Shop" e-commerce platform. The company has cultivated customer loyalty through its "Bites" membership program and by offering a diverse range of high-quality, locally and internationally sourced products across its 41 stores in key regions like Penang, Klang Valley, and Johor Bahru.
