This strategic expansion results from a series of capital operations, including an 'ATM-type' capital increase and a convertible bond issuance, both completed in early July 2025. The company achieved a remarkable BTC Yield of roughly 1,348% year-to-date, reflecting significant gains in its treasury strategy. Investors, such as TOBAM and Adam Back contributed to recent rounds, enabling purchases of 11 BTC for about 1 million euro ($1.17 million) and 105 BTC for close to 9.8 million euro ($11.47 million) combined. The Blockchain Group (ALTBG), listed on Euronext Growth Paris has secured roughly 11 million euros ($13 million) in fresh funding as it doubles down on becoming Europe's first bitcoin (BTC) treasury company. This strategic move underscores the firm's commitment to growing its bitcoin holdings relative to its share count, aiming to deliver long-term value to investors through exposure to digital assets. Part of the fundraising included $1.18 million capital increase at 5.251 euro per share, completed under an 'ATM-type' agreement with asset manager TOBAM. In parallel, the company's wholly owned Luxembourg subsidiary issued 10 million euros ($11.8 million) in convertible bonds, priced at 5.174 euro per share, reflecting a 30 percent premium over the June 27 closing price. TOBAM subscribed for 5 million euros while bitcoin pioneer Adam Back invested around 5 million euros. The Blockchain Group currently hold 1,794 BTC, while the share price is up 1% on Tuesday.

Notable transactions include Blockstream CEO Adam Back subscribing to over 2.1 million new shares for around 1.16 million euros, and French asset manager TOBAM subscribing to some 262,605 new shares for just under 143,000 euros, enabling the purchase of 13 BTC. The company exercised warrants called BSA 2025-01, issuing over 1.1 million new shares and raising about 600,00 in fresh funds, which were then used to acquire 6 BTC. Additionally, the company completed an 'ATM-type' capital increase with TOBAM, raising 4.1 million euros to fund 41 BTC. Year-to-date, The Blockchain Group has achieved a BTC Yield of 1,270 % and gains of roughly 508.3 BTC, translating to around 46.7 million euros.
