Hurry! You've got just hours left to add these Prime Day earbud deals to your basket
Prime Day is very nearly over. As the hours count down until Amazon slams those doors shut and brings prices back up to normal, you've still got a little time to get those last-minute earbuds deals. There are big savings to be had on some of our favorite devices. There's the Bose Ultra Open, which are $229 at Amazon. Then there's the Sony WF-1000XM5 down to $198 at Amazon. There are still plenty of Prime Day earbuds deals live — make sure you don't miss out! The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are a cheaper way to get hold of Bose's excellent noise canceling. They block loads of noise, but also sound pretty good. 8.5 hours of battery life in the buds themselves is better than average, too. This deal brings them down to their lowest ever price. LOWEST PRICE! The Skullcandy Method 360 ANC are a surprisingly excellent pair of earbuds. Their case might be bulky, but the buds themselves are comfortable and pack in great sound and ANC from Bose. This deal brings them under $100 by a significant margin for a new lowest price ever. The Sony WF-1000XM5 probably don't need much explanation. These currently rank as our best ANC earbuds, with excellent sound and immaculate ANC — and this deal makes them a whole lot more affordable. Save $100 for a price that is treacherously close to their lowest ever. Sony's transparent blue buds are a budget hero in our minds. They sound great with plenty of detail and bass, and the ANC is better than anything else at this price. We'd wager you're unlikely to see a price this low outside of deals events — so you'd best snap these up quick while the sale is still on. The Denon PerL Pro often slide under the radar, but they're an excellent pair of earbuds that now don't cost the world. The large plate on the outside gives them great touch controls, and the sound quality is out of this world. This $60 deal saves you a bundle on some epic little earbuds. The Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro are some great little earbuds at a price that doesn't completely drain your wallet. They've got good ANC and solid sound, and the case has a cool little screen on it that gives you a helpful battery life readout. This deal brings them down to their lowest price ever. These open earbuds hang on the outside of your ears and let the sounds of the outside world in so that you don't, like, get hit by a car. They sound much better than I was expecting too, with decent bass response for something so physically far away from your ears. This deal brings them down to their lowest price ever. The Nothing Ear buds are an interesting one. Beyond just sounding good and having decent noise canceling, they're also integrated with ChatGPT. That means you can ask them just about anything at any time, which is pretty cool. This deal brings them under $100 for a solid Prime Day deal. There are plenty more deals to be had this Prime Day — make sure you check out our Prime Day live blog to make sure you're staying on top of all the latest sales and offers.

Best Prime Day deals from £10 — the top deals I'd shop now on headphones, Adidas, Lego and more
In a life before I was Audio Editor, I ran the deals section of a completely different website — and I've not gone rusty with age. I've spent a whole lot of time watching deals on all the things I want to buy this Prime Day, as well as the things you're looking to get hold of too. We've got some pretty special deals live already, before Prime Day has even begun — that means some massive savings on the likes of our choice for the best TV. The Sony WH-1000XM4 are, in my eyes (or ears) at least, some of the best headphones you can buy today. There's 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, along with that lovely 13-inch screen to make use a joy. We loved the laptop in our MacBook Air M4 review, thanks to the "performance, sharper camera, and lower starting price." A lower starting price that's now even lower thanks to this massive saving. TV sale: deals from £99 @ AmazonYou can save big on TVs if you head over to Amazon right now — although bear in mind that the really cheap ones tend to be small and 1080p. There are some solid savings on bigger and nicer sets however. Currys and Argos are also holding similar check: from £89 @ Currys | from £99 @ Argos LG C4 4K OLED TV sale: deals from £849 @ AmazonLG has only just replaced the C4 with a newer model, but it's still an excellent model to pick up. You won't worry for ports either — there are four HDMI 2.1 on the back for all your devices. Stream wirelessly with AirPlay 2. We loved it in the LG C4 OLED TV review, with attention paid for the epic color and dazzling brightness. The Hisense 65" U8N Mini-LED 4K TV is easily one of the brightest TVs we've ever tested, and its easily one of the best. It hit a peak 3,469 nits when we tested it, and scored well for color accuracy and contrast. Two HDMI ports on the back support Dolby Vision Gaming for gamers too — it was our pick for the 2024 best TV last check: £1,099 @ Currys This monster of a Sony TV packs in some seriously impressive specs. Its 65-inch OLED panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, and features Dolby Vision, HLG and HDR10 for HDR. There's a 50W 2.1 channel speaker system built in as well. Just don't get carried away, like me when it comes to new pairs of jeans. Want a new laptop that's not going to break the bank, but will give you solid performance for the price? The IdeaPad 1 is just what you need. The Celeron Processor is plenty powerful for some spreadsheet work and typing in Google docs, and the 4GB is decent for some light multitasking. The 15-inch screen is pretty good for watching Squid Games on Netflix too. This MacBook Air is powered by Apple's M4 chipset. It upgrades the camera from 1080p to 12MP with Center Stage support. The M4 chipset also supports dual external monitors, even when you have the laptop's lid open. It packs a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display (2560 x 1664), Apple's M4 CPU w/ 10-core GPU, 16GB of RAM and 256GB SSD. In our MacBook Air M4 review, we said the Editor's Choice laptop is irresistible thanks to its speedy performance, sharper camera, and lower starting price. The MacBook Air is one of our favorite laptops of all time here at Tom's Guide, thanks to its handsome chassis, impressive specs, and stunning screen. The M4 chipset inside is incredibly powerful, and supports dual external screens for extra workspace. The Liquid Retina display is truly something to behold, and the base 16GB of RAM is more than enough for day to day use. We loved the laptop in the MacBook Air M4 review, ranking it Editor's Choice. The incredibly cheap Soundcore P20i buds are a great way to get music on the go without spending much money at all. They sound great for the price, and they're positively tiny, making it super easy to slip them into a pocket. When we first tested the Air Pro 4 from Earfun, we where immediately impressed with their sound and noise canceling. They don't cost much at all, but pack in some excellent features and very solid comfort. We gave them 4.5 stars in our review as a result — and this price just makes them even more tempting. The mid-range Accentum are an excellent pair of headphones. They pack in some of the best sound for the price, while blocking out plenty of noise. It's the battery life that truly sets them apart, however, with 50 hours of battery on tap for some of the best staying power around. In our Sennheiser Accentum review we where extremely impressed with the whole package, including the comfort. This cordless vacuum from Shark not only packs in a HEPA filter, but it's also 30% lighter than other models. We picked it for the best vacuum cleaner as a result, scoring highly for its powerful pickup, and the handy swivel to make it easier to get into tight spots. The brush even self cleans — what more could you want? This coffee machine is one of the few 5/5s we've given here at Tom's Guide, earned thanks to it's impressive performance. In our Nespresso Vertuo Lattissima review we said "you'll struggle to do better." This massive discount only makes it all the sweeter. Beats' new Powerbeats Pro 2 earbuds just went on sale for the second time at $50 off
One of the best pairs of workout earbuds received a long-awaited update earlier this year. Back in February, Beats finally launched a follow-up to its beloved fitness earbuds after making runners wait over five years. If you've been waiting a little longer to upgrade to the Powerbeats Pro 2 without paying full price, several retailers have launched discounts for only the second time. Take $50 off at Amazon and Best Buy with these all-time low tech deals. Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 One of the most eagerly awaited sequels in the world of tech just went on sale. The Powerbeats Pro 2 upgrade the most beloved workout earbuds on the market and come in four new colors. Mike Andronico's glowing review is convincing me to ditch the Bose Ultra Open buds I use when working out in favor of these newer buds, which are $50 off for only the second time. In the world of workout earbuds, there's one brand that has consistently released the most popular options: Beats. Its headphones have been topping the charts at CNN Underscored for ages, and its new Powerbeats Pro 2 should be following suit. Andronico has been covering consumer electronics for over a decade. So when he was impressed by the company's latest, I knew these earbuds were the real deal. Today's offer makes that endorsement even better. It's only the second time these Beats headphones have gone on sale since launching in February. The first and only other discount was back during the Memorial Day festivities, a deal that was so popular it quickly sold out. So, if today's rehash of that all-time low from the holiday weekend catches your eye, it'll be worth adding to your cart sooner rather than later. Shipping times are already beginning to slip, but there's a chance you'll still be able to have these delivered as a last-minute Father's Day gift. Our senior deals editor, Rikka Altland, spotted the price drop this morning while searching for the best finds of the week. She has worked in service journalism for nearly a decade and is an expert at deal hunting and price-history analysis. Altland also regularly reviews tech for a living, frequently collaborating with CNN Underscored's team of testing experts.

The best open earbuds that stay put, sound great, and keep you aware of the world around you
All products featured here are independently selected by our editors and writers. If you buy something through links on our site, Mashable may earn an affiliate commission. Noise-cancelling earbuds are a popular choice for many people, but if you're someone who wants to hear the world around them or finds an in-ear design uncomfortable, there's a better option out there: open earbuds. SEE ALSO: We've found the 9 best headphones of 2025 after extensive testing Though open earbuds share the common feature of sitting on the exterior of the ear, they come in many shapes and sizes, from clip models to ear hook models. Some are more geared toward working out, while others are better for everyday use. Below, we've compiled some of the best open earbud models available in 2025. This guide is a work in progress, so we'll possibly be shifting (or expanding) our recommendations as we continue to test pairs. Open earbuds allow you to get as close as you possibly can to the feeling of not wearing earbuds at all. Unlike in-ear earbuds which sit in your ear canal (as the name states), open earbuds sit just outside your ears. Some models hold the speaker component in place with an ear hook while others opt for an ear cuff. SEE ALSO: The best fitness trackers you can buy in 2025: From smartwatches to rings People generally opt for open earbuds for three main reasons: They provide a private listening experience while leaving you almost completely aware of the world around you. It's like the best transparency mode you've ever used. For some people, not having an earbud physically in their ear is generally more comfortable. The hooks and cuffs (along with the general awareness of your surroundings) make them a great option for keeping them in place, and keeping you alert, while you're working out. As you may have gathered from the section above, open earbuds don't generally come with active noise cancellation. That's mostly thanks to how much sound they let in (by design) and the difficulty of cancelling out sound without having the device covering your actual ear canal. Also thanks to the whole open ear-canal situation, these aren't going to be the earbuds for audiophiles. That's not to say open earbuds sound bad — if you've never tried them, we promise they sound much better than you're imagining — but you will lose out on some of the nuance of a song without having the earbud actually in your ear. SEE ALSO: We tested every pair of Bose headphones to find the best for noise cancellation, sound quality, more That said, many pairs still have equalizers on their companion apps to help you make them sound their best. Our upgrade pick, the Bose Ultra Open earbuds, even have a spatial audio feature that worked surprisingly well. Most open earbuds will also boast some form of special technology that keeps them from leaking too much sound. While these pairs do pretty well in keeping the sound just to you, most pairs (including our picks) while be prone to some leakage, especially at higher volumes. Finally, some open earbuds — mainly those with ear hooks — tend to have slightly bulkier cases. If you like to travel light, it's something to be aware of. Bone conduction earbuds work exactly like the name implies they do — they use your skull to conduct sound waves, instead of projecting the sound into your ear, like most of the picks are on list. Typically, a band runs from either side of the users head to help hold the headphones in place. Shokz, the brand behind our top pick, is a popular maker of these kinds of headphones. While we do consider them open earbuds, we have yet to test any bone conduction earbuds — look out in the future for that update. On that note: The open earbuds market is rapidly expanding, so we'll be testing more as we can get our hands on them. Up next, we'll be trying out budget pairs of open earbuds under $100, as well as more pairs from Shokz. In addition to the earbuds that made our final guide in May 2025, we tested out the Nothing Ear (Open) earbuds ($149), the Sony Linkbuds Open ($199.99), the Anker Soundcore AeroClip earbuds ($169.99), and the Shokz OpenFit Air ($119.95). While none of the above were bad earbuds by any means, we found our picks to outshine them in their comfort and sound quality, especially when considering their respective prices.

Don't miss out on these unique Bose wireless buds while they're $50 off
The wireless earbuds market is flooded with viable listening options, but discounts on certain wireless buds can be a little more difficult to come by. The Bose Ultra Open earbuds don't often see a substantial discount, but right now they're marked down to $249. That's good for $50 in savings, as they regularly go for $299. They're one of the more uniquely designed sets of buds on the market, and they're available in a wide variety of colors with this deal. Bose is known for its high quality consumer audio products, with audio quality almost always at the top of its priorities. Audio quality is certainly one of the main reasons to buy the Bose Ultra Open earbuds. They deliver the sound Bose is known for, with more premium features like Spatial Audio on-board as well. Such features make the Ultra Open a great option for pairing with a home theater in addition to regular portable audio use. The design of these earbuds is something that stands out as well. They don't look like many other wireless buds you'll come across, and the unique design is meant to make them more comfortable and able to stay in place throughout the day. The Ultra Open have a flexible joint and a light grip, and they hook around the back of your ear rather than getting a grip through the inside of your ear. These buds don't get the best battery life we've seen in wireless earbuds, but battery life isn't bad either. They can reach up to seven hours of life between charges, and the included charging case can provide some additional life while you're out in the wild. The Ultra Open also have Bluetooth multipoint connectivity, so they can pair with, and switch between, numerous devices with ease. You'll find control buttons directly on each earbud that can switch between listening modes and control your music. The Bose Ultra Open wireless earbuds regularly go for $299, but this deal drops them to $249. This makes for $50 in savings, and it's also one of the lowest prices the Ultra Open have seen. Make a purchase now if you feel these are the right earbuds for you, as it isn't often we see substantial discounts on Bose products.
