Ruru Madrid pens poem for Bianca Umali on their 7th anniversary
Ruru Madrid and Bianca Umali are celebrating their seventh year together as a couple. To mark their anniversary, the Kapuso Prime Action Hero shared a montage of their moments, from simple dates to their travels abroad. Ruru also penned a short poem for Bianca to express his feelings on their special day. "Pitong taon ng pag-ibig. Hindi perpekto, pero totoo. Hindi man laging tugma, pero palagi nating pinipili ang tama. Tayo pa rin. Tayong dalawa. Hanggang dulo—ikaw at ako. Sa 'yo lang ang tingin. Mahal na mahal kita. Happy 7th anniversary, Maria Isadora Bianca." Ruru confirmed his relationship with Bianca in 2022. The couple has talked about marriage, with Ruru calling Bianca The One. Ruru has also publicly admired Bianca for her acting career, especially for her latest Kapuso series, "Sang'gre." In the "Encantadia" spinoff, Bianca stars as Terra, the daughter of Danaya and the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa. She is among the new generation of Sang'gres, which includes Flammara (Faith Da Silva), the keeper of the Brilyante ng Apoy, Deia (Angel Guardian), the protector of Brilyante ng Hangin and Adamus (Kelvin Miranda), the keeper of Brilyante ng Tubig. Ruru Madrid couldn't help but express his admiration and pride for Bianca Umali after her intense fight scenes in 'Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre.' On Facebook, Ruru shared a fan's post with screenshots of Bianca's scenes from Friday's episode, saying she truly deserved her role as Terra. 'Ang husay husay!! Kakaproud!' Ruru wrote with a brown heart emoji. Bianca's character has been front and center in recent episodes, engaging in dramatic battles that showcase both her physical prowess and emotional depth. Following the Kapuso show's premiere, Ruru dedicated a message to his girlfriend. 'Alam ko kung gaano mo 'to pinangarap. Rhian Ramos on playing Mitena in Sang'gre: 'This is a childhood dream coming true'
Rhian Ramos returns as Mitena, the Ice Queen and main kontrabida in "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre" and in Lhar Santiago's "24 Oras" report Friday, she said she's "very honored to play this role." Mitena kills Cassandra, captures Alena; steals Brilyante ng Hangin, Tubig
Mitena (Rhian Ramos) began her revenge towards the descendants of Memen and Ornia in the latest episode of "Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre." On Thursday, the Ice Queen infiltrated Lireo by disguising herself as Cassiopeia (Solenn Heussaff). She met Hara Cassandra (Michelle Dee), who was overjoyed to see her, thinking that she was her mother. She later showed her true colors, attacking Cassandra. When the Queen of the Diwata realized that she was facing an enemy, she took out the Brilyante ng Hangin and engaged in battle. But Mitena met her head on with her scepter, before stealing the Brilyante ng Hangin. She then finished off Cassandra with a spear to the torso. However, it was not shown what happened to Cassandra's body. Alena (Gabbi Garcia) and Adamus (Kelvin Miranda) later arrived in Lireo, and this time, Mitena took on the form of Cassandra. Alena's Brilyante ng Tubig helped her figure out at once that Cassandra was an imposter. Mitena showed her true form and engaged the mother and son simultaneously, but Alena was quickly overpowered. Like what happened with Cassandra, Mitena stole the Brilyante ng Tubig. The Ice Queen then trapped Alena in a crystal. Adamus managed to escape before Mitena's forces could take him captive. Meanwhile, Cassiopeia sensed that something wrong was happening, but before she could take action, Anaca (Mika Salamanca) took her out with a dart to the neck. The events were the beginning of the fulfillment of Cassiopeia's prophecy that someone will kill her and bring destruction to Encantadia. Iza Calzado posts video of daughter Deia swimming: 'Our little Amihan keeps on floating'
Iza Calzado recently spent some quality time with her daughter Deia in a swimming pool. On Instagram, the actress shared clips of the two-year-old's impressive swimming skills, how she is able to float and move underwater. 'Habagat may be here, but our little Amihan keeps on floating, just like the breeze she's named after,' Iza said in her caption. 'Stay safe, & stay dry!' she added. Iza got married to Ben Wintle in 2018. Iza announced her pregnancy in 2022 on her 40th birthday. She announced the birth of her first child, Deia Amihan, in March 2023. Iza's daughter is named after her iconic 'Encantadia' character.
