Band get Glasgow TRNSMT crowd Scottish traditional dancing
Saturday's lineup was full to the brim of Celtic guitar-powered rock, and the crowd were eager to hear their favourite riffs.
It's no wonder, then, that Falkirk's Brogeal drew an impressive crowd to the King Tut's Stage.
Having recently announced their debut album, Tuesday Paper Club, set for release in October, they were in high spirits.
They sauntered on stage with a swagger and a 'cheers troops' to the screams from the crowd.

Roving Falkirk Bairn opens the set to a sing-along and cheers as the band pays homage to their hometown.
It's pure Pogues-esque brilliance - accordions the lot.
'How you doing, TRNSMT, are you ready for a wee dance?' they ask before firing into a stramash of trad riffs.
'This is our second year here', they beam as they declare they've 'levelled up'.
You'll Be Mine is given the foreword that the Scottish Dance, the Pogo, can be performed to it.
The Saturday crowd didn't need another excuse as variations of Gay Gordons and other traditional dances erupted during the tune.
I'd previously seen Brogeal at Glasgow's McChuills - a terrific, sweaty little venue - and was delighted to see them prove themselves instantly on a much bigger stage.
New tunes from the upcoming album were played, one introduced as 'being about getting p**d', to cheers from the tipsy crowd.

'Has anyone ever been to Falkirk?' they ask, before following up with 'Does anyone want to go back?' which is met with a resounding 'no' and laughter from the crowd.
Vicar Street Days, a new release, despite introducing a banjo, could fit into a Stone Roses album.
Friday On My Mind is a pure summer anthem, after which the band announce 'Time for some good old f****n rock and roll!'
Girl From New York City inspires a 'Brogeal are on fire' chant from the crowd, as the sun sizzles them in 31-degree heat.
Finishing off their set with a whistle-led instrumental, Brogeal cement themselves as a band that has proven themselves on the pub stage, and now at Scotland's biggest festival.
You just couldn't help but smile as people linked arms and enjoyed twirling around to Falkirk's fierce folk rockers.
