'Summery' Estee Lauder perfume that 'lasts a long time' reduced to less than £50
Shoppers on the hunt for a new signature scent on a budget are in luck, thanks to an incredible sale offer. Estee Lauder's popular Bronze Goddess Eau Fraîche Skinscent, praised by shoppers for being long-lasting and having a 'summery' smell, is currently available for under £50 in a limited-time sale on LookFantastic. Ideal for those who love a tropical fragrance, this deal gets perfume fans 25% off. Originally priced at £58, the Bronze Goddess scent is now down to £43.50. LookFantastic's offer is the cheapest price we have seen for the item. Elsewhere, Boots is selling the same Estee Lauder perfume for £58, while the brand itself also has it at full price. The main notes of this floral scent are creamy coconut, amber, vanilla and Sicilian bergamot. This isn't the only perfume deal worth checking out. The Michael Kors Wonderlust Eau de Parfum (50ml) is currently available for £32 at Superdrug. That's 51% off the original £66 price tag, saving customers an impressive £34. Shoppers have been praising the Estee Lauder fragrance for its long-lasting wear and 'perfect' smell. One wrote: 'Gosh, I just love this. It's the best scent, so clean, fresh and summery. I love spraying it generously after a shower… heaven.' While a second added: 'Always receive compliments when I wear it. Perfect scent for summer/holidays.' Another person wrote: "Lasts a long time, isn't too powerful. Smells lovely!" Yet, not everyone was happy with the longevity of this scent, with one reviewer saying: "I really like this light scent for spring or summer, however, it does not have a lot of staying power, and the bottle does not last long." Someone else agreed: "Such a lovely scent for the summer, just wish the longevity was better." Jo Malone launches new ‘best ever' £59 perfume that smells just like ice cream
If you're after a new perfume for summer but aren't keen on the large number of beachy, coconutty, sun cream-like scents that fill the beauty aisles at this time of year, then we've found the perfect alternative. Popular British fragrance brand Jo Malone London has just dropped its latest collection for summer, and it's just divine. The Raspberry Ripple collection is, as its name suggests, inspired by the classic ice cream flavour, and inspired by nostalgic childhood trips to the great British seaside. While a full-size 100ml bottle of Raspberry Ripple Cologne costs £128, you can buy a travel-friendly 30ml bottle for £59 from the Jo Malone website and Cult Beauty (and both come topped with cute candy-striped bows). Jo Malone London describes this new summery scent as " A scrumptious raspberry ripple ice cream. Sharp-scarlet juices of lush raspberries and redcurrants swirling through white musk. Vivacious and enticing," with a top note of redcurrant, a heart note of raspberry, and a base note of white musk. As Raspberry Ripple Cologne only dropped today, customer comments about it are yet to build up, but there is one five-star review already on the Jo Malone website, which calls it " another best ever". "I bought this as soon as it was launched via the early pre-sale, so blind without smelling. I've done that with my last few limited edition scents, which have all been excellent," the shopper wrote. "This is no different and does not disappoint and I love it! Fruity and sharp but with a lovely background hint of subtle musk of some sort! Not too sweet but reminds me of summers and ice creams, It's very distinctive and for me, lasting well. I just love it! The packaging is also lovely, another JM triumph. I'm a big fan!" Our beauty editor Laura also had a sniff before it launched, and says, "I'm not normally one for fruity fragrances, but this is utterly irresistible. It's much more tart than sweet, and transports me to a particular moment or memory more than any other perfume I've ever smelt. A definitely summer hit." If, however, beachy, salty fragrances are more your summer scent vibe, you should definitely check out this £25 body mist that's been getting me so many compliments recently; I've even ditched my pricier perfumes for it.
