Leah Williamson's Newport Pagnell mural updated after Euros win
A mural depicting Leah Williamson in her hometown has been updated to celebrate England's Euro 2025 art company MurWalls painted the tribute to the England captain at Farm Garages in 2022, after the Lionesses previously won the tournament, in her hometown of Newport Pagnell, have now added the words "history maker", "double European champion" and "so nice she lifted it twice" to the MurWalls artist who updated the work, known as Mr Meana, said: "The first England captain to lift a major trophy twice, and to do it overseas, kind of speaks for itself really." In May, part of the mural was whitewashed by an unidentified painter who claimed they had attempted to "tidy it up".It was later restored after locals raised £1,000 to have it Monday, Williamson joined the England women's football team for a reception at Downing Street, hosted by Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner. MurWalls has been hired to paint murals of other lionesses such as Alessia Russo, Lauren James, Mary Earps, Millie Bright, and Chloe also installed a large portrait of Elton John on the side of his beloved Vicarage Road in about the portrait in Newport Pagnell, Mr Meana said: "Everybody's just shown it love, everybody's really appreciated it. "Just talking to the local people, you hear how much it means to them and how much she means to them, and it's just a beautiful thing to be a part of." Kelly Osbourne has shared another moving tribute to late father Ozzy with social media followers, six days after his 'unexpected' death. The Black Sabbath legend passed away at his Buckinghamshire home on July 22 following a lengthy battle with Parkinson's disease. Little more than a fortnight earlier, the 76-year old Osbourne had reunited with former bandmates Tony Iommi, 'Geezer' Butler and Bill Ward for an emotional farewell show at Birmingham 's Villa Park - the home of his beloved Aston Villa. Returning to Instagram on Monday, daughter Kelly, 40 - who accepted partner Sid Wilson's marriage proposal at the show - drew attention to the close bond she shared with her father in an undated video of the pair, filmed when she was a teenager. Perched on Ozzy's knee in the brief clip, Kelly appears to reference his notoriously colourful use of the English language after telling an accompanying camera crew: 'I can't say f**k, I have to behave myself.' Pulling her in for a hug, Ozzy jokes: 'Terrible isn't it, the way children speak these days?' 'But I learned from you daddy, it's alright,' she replies, to which he adds: 'You learned from the best, baby.' On Wednesday, MailOnline revealed that an air ambulance was called to Osbourne's multi-million-pound country home as paramedics battled to save his life. The Thames Valley air ambulance landed in a field close to Welders House, the singer's Grade II listed mansion on Tuesday morning at around 10.30am. It's believed that calls from Welders House had led call handlers to believe that the Black Sabbath singer's life was in the balance. A chopper was dispatched from Thames Valley ambulance base at RAF Benson in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, some 27 miles from the mansion which is located close to the village of Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire. The crew were airborne for around 15 minutes before landing in the grounds of the mansion and were then with Osbourne for around two hours, trying but failing to save his life, it's understood. The statement announcing his death was signed by four of his children, and it remains a mystery why his two other children, Jessica and Elliot, were snubbed from the family tribute. Osbourne took to the stage for his farewell concert at Villa Park Stadium in his native Birmingham less than three weeks before his death. The rocker reunited with his original Black Sabbath bandmates Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward for the first time since 2005 to bid an emotional farewell to his decades of performing live on stage. After selling out in minutes, over 42,000 fans packed into Villa Park for the aptly-titled Back to the Beginning show, which saw Osbourne and Black Sabbath return to their hometown - 56 years after they formed there. The final photograph of him before his death was taken on stage as he sat on a black throne aptly decorated with a bat to perform his best-known hits for his loyal fans. His final words on stage were: 'It's the last song ever. Your support has enabled us to live an amazing lifestyle, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.' A message on screen then read: 'Thank you for everything, you guys are f***ing amazing. Birmingham Forever,' before the sky lit up with fireworks.

The insider added: 'Ozzy had been in great spirits following his farewell show, but he also had lots to look forward to in the upcoming months. 'There's no way he would've taken his life, because no matter how tough his physical and medical conditions were, being with his family and especially his grandchildren provided him with immense joy and huge highs. 'Not only was he working on a TV project about his astonishing farewell show, but he was lined up to film his reality series called Home to Roost for the BBC. 'He was looking forward also to promoting his memoir in September. 'Sharon has really taken Ozzy's passing so, so hard. They were such a strong force together. New deacons beginning ministry across Buckinghamshire
Five new deacons are beginning their ministry across Buckinghamshire following their ordination at Christ Church Cathedral. The new clergy, who bring experience from diverse backgrounds, will serve in parishes across the Diocese of Oxford, including High Wycombe, as they begin their curacies. Among them are an ultimate frisbee player, a Ukrainian refugee, a maths lecturer, and a former nurse. Joshua Harris, who will serve in High Wycombe, is following in the footsteps of his mother, who was ordained at Christ Church in the 1990s. Daniel Carter, who will serve in Hazlemere, said: "Jesus is the centre of my heart and my relationship with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit is the most important thing to me and I would even say it is central and crucial to our family. "The Bible is the foundation of our life and we rely on God's spirit to make it clear to us and to guide us through his word." Mr Carter was moved to explore faith after the death of a friend in a drowning accident aged 15. The deacons ordained by the Rt Revd Mary Gregory, Bishop of Reading (Image: Ed Nix) Mark Payne, who found faith in his 30s, will continue his work as an IT consultant alongside his ministry. Lewis Simonds began volunteering at the Church of Glastonbury, while Thomas Venables grew up in a Christian family. The ordination services at Christ Church were led by the Rt Revd Dave Bull, Bishop of Buckingham, and the Rt Revd Mary Gregory, Bishop of Reading. During his sermon, Bishop Steven Croft emphasised the importance of love in ordained ministry. He said: "To love is absolutely the heart and centre of what it means to be a Christian and at the heart of what it means to be a deacon or priest or bishop. "All too often we lose that focus in all the complexities of our work and all there is to do. "I think as a church at this present time we need to see again more clearly that the primary calling of the ordained is to love." The deacons have completed two or three years of training and will now serve as curates in a variety of parish settings - urban, rural, large, and small - across the diocese. The Diocese of Oxford includes 808 churches and serves a population of 2.5 million across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. Most of the deacons will be ordained as priests next year, while a few may remain as distinctive deacons. The five deacons serving in Buckinghamshire are Daniel Carter (Hazlemere), Joshua Harris (All Saints High Wycombe), Mark Payne (North Marston), Lewis Simonds (St Frideswide, Water Eaton), and Thomas Venables (Marlow Bottom).

In one video, the singer could be seen sitting around the kitchen table with family during Ozzy's final days. On Saturday, Kelly uploaded a third moving clip from the 2018 series Ozzy & Jack's World Detour, showing a sweet moment between father and daughter as they sang and danced together in a truck. The video showed Kelly in the driver's seat of a huge HGV, which the pair were using on a road trip. As Ozzy climbed in, Kelly told him: 'I've got this song in my head, I'm gonna have to play it for you.' She then pressed play on George Ezra's Paradise. Ozzy looked slightly confused as he heard the song for the first time, but as the chorus kicked in, a smile spread across his face. The pair began dancing in their seats, moving their arms, shaking their shoulders and enjoying the moment. As Kelly started driving, she said, 'I love you,' and without missing a beat, Ozzy replied, 'I love you more.' Louis also attended Ozzy's final Black Sabbath gig just weeks ago, and called the show "mindblowing". Ozzy passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday morning, after bravely battling against Parkinson's disease. Thames Valley Air Ambulance said that a crew had been dispatched to provide "advanced critical care". The helicopter landed in the grounds of Ozzy's mansion and it is reported the specialist paramedics were at the scene for two hours. Tragically, they were unable to save the rock legend's life. Ozzy became known as the "Prince of Darkness" in his six-decade career thanks to his on-stage antics that attracted a legion of heavy rock fans. Only three weeks ago, Ozzy gave us one last hurrah when heavy metal royalty descended on Villa Park to pay their respects.
