Between the rising cost of memberships, commuting to and from, and just feeling uncomfortable working out in a crowded space, I started to lose motivation. I still wanted to build strength and stay in shape, but I needed something that fit into my life not something I had to constantly schedule around. That's when I stumbled upon the GYMPROLUXE Band and Bar Set 2.0 + App Summer Bundle , and honestly, it's been a total game-changer. At first, I was sceptical. I wasn't sure how resistance bands could really replace weights or gym machines, but the reviews were glowing (4.8 stars and over 500 reviews) and the fact that it was designed for variable resistance training intrigued me. I figured it was worth a shot especially since it cost less than a couple months at my local gym and came with lifetime access to the Gymproluxe app. When it arrived, I was impressed with the quality right away. The detachable steel bar feels super solid and professional and not flimsy at all. The padded belt fits comfortably around my waist and doesn't dig in, and the resistance tubes are color-coded, which makes switching things up really simple. I love that you can combine bands for up to 90KG of resistance, depending on your level or the type of exercise you're doing. Plus, it all comes in a stylish little gym bag that I can take anywhere. No bulky equipment cluttering up my living room. GYMPROLUXE Band and Bar Set 2.0 + App Summer Bundle Shop now for £115.00 (save 36% normal price £179.95) GYMPROLUXE Band and Bar Set 2.0 + App Summer Bundle | GYMPROLUXE What truly sets this system apart is the way it works your body. The variable resistance model mirrors your natural strength curve; it provides more resistance when your muscles are strongest (like during the peak of a movement) and less when you're weaker. It's not something I ever really thought about before, but it totally makes sense. I've found myself working smarter, not just harder. And it works. In just a few weeks I noticed my glutes and shoulders starting to look more defined, and I wasn't even doing super long workouts. Just 30–40 minutes a few times a week. Another highlight for me is the Gymproluxe app . It's loaded with over 100 full-body workouts, broken down by goals (strength, toning, mobility, etc.) and difficulty level. I never have to think about what workout to do I just pick one and follow along. It also includes a 28-day transformation guide which I used during my first month. It gave me structure and kept me motivated, which I definitely needed. One of the best things? There's way less risk of injury. I've dealt with lower back pain in the past from using heavy dumbbells incorrectly, and this system takes that fear away. The way the resistance is distributed feels safer and more natural. Plus, there's no pressure on my joints, which means I can actually focus on building muscle without constantly worrying about hurting myself. And let's be honest not everyone wants to lift in front of a room full of sweaty gym bros. There's a certain confidence that comes from being able to work out in your own space, on your own terms. I throw on some music or a podcast, roll out my mat, and get to work. I feel stronger, more in control, and way more motivated than I did dragging myself to the gym after a long day. If you're a woman looking for a real alternative to traditional gym workouts, something that delivers real results without taking up space, time, or costing a fortune, GYMPROLUXE is it. It's beautifully designed, easy to use, and seriously effective. Whether you're a beginner or already into fitness, this bundle adapts to you. I tried it, and I absolutely loved it. I'm lifting smarter, gaining strength, and finally staying consistent and I didn't even have to leave my house to do it. Long may it continue. Popular £42 makeup now £12 at Boots with full size items £1 each
The Full Face Bundle is priced at £12 and contains 12 make-up items that usually retail for a combined total of £42, saving shoppers £30 Makeup enthusiasts will be thrilled to learn that a beauty brand sold at Boots has just become significantly more affordable. The high-street retailer is renowned for offering a variety of health and lifestyle products, including perfumes, skincare and makeup - often at reduced prices. In its most recent discount offer, the shop has slashed the prices of several makeup sets from its own-brand Natural Collection line to a mere fraction of their original cost. Even better, customers can bag as many as 12 makeup items for as little as £1 each in some 'bargain' bundles. For instance, Boots shoppers can save £30 on this Natural Collection Full Face Bundle in Medium, which has been marked down from £42 to £12 and is tailored for individuals with medium skin tone, though other options are available. The set comprises 12 makeup products, including eyeliner, eyeshadow, primer, mascara, and more. See the full list below. Natural Collection lip gloss in flowering ginger (£3.50) Natural Collection concealer 7ml (£4) Natural Collection skin tint 40ml (£5) Natural Collection Liquid Eyeliner Black 4ml (£3) Natural Collection Clear Mascara 7ml (£3) Natural Collection bronzer in caramel 3g (£3) Natural Collection Prep and Set Spray 120ml (£5) Natural Collection Eyeshadow Pixie Lily 1.5g (£2.50) Natural Collection Lengthening Mascara in black 7ml (£3) Natural Collection highlight in toffee rose 3g (£3) Natural Collection blusher in peach echo 3g (£3) Natural Collection Shine Control Primer 30ml (£4) The £12 bundle itself hasn't garnered any reviews yet, but customers can peruse the reviews for each individual product to see what other shoppers have to say. For example, the Natural Collection bronzer in caramel is priced at £3 on its own and boasts an average customer rating of 4.2 stars out of five, reports the Liverpool Echo. One shopper said in the reviews: "I have the two lightest shades and find them blendable and natural looking, not too Orange in tone. Good affordable bronzers." Another commented: "Such a great shade I'm quite fair skinned and this is buildable which is really good." A third shared: "Such a good bronzer love it so much blends effortlessly into the skin." However, one did note: "Need a very small amount on brush as it is very dark." Boots' Natural Collection makeup brand has garnered a reputation as a beloved budget-friendly beauty staple over the years, particularly after its recent makeover. It's known for its commitment to natural ingredients, vegan formulations, and cruelty-free practices, while still offering cost-effective options across an array of products. There's also the Natural Collection Full Face Bundle in Light for £11, previously priced at £39.50. This set includes 11 items like blusher, eyeliner, skin tint, primer, setting spray, lip gloss, mascara, and more. Another bargain is Boots' Natural Collection Necessities Face Bundle, now reduced from £21 to £7, featuring six products. The Natural Collection Eye Bundle Taupe by Boots has also seen a price cut, from £19.50 down to £6.50, and comes with seven pieces. For those with darker skin tones, Boots has slashed the price of its Natural Collection Full Face Bundle in Dark from £45 to a mere £13. The set includes 13 items such as brow powder, lip gloss, concealer, skin tint, eyeliner, mascara and more. While these bundles have not yet received any reviews, customers can check out individual product reviews to gauge what others think. Keep in mind that there's a standard delivery charge of £3.95 for all orders under £25, so you might want to purchase multiple bundles to dodge additional fees. Click and collect is priced at £1.50 or free if you spend over £15. There are numerous other retailers besides Boots offering discounted makeup sets. SpaceNK has cut the price of this Charlotte Tilbury Iconic Hollywood Lip trio from £29 to £23.20. LookFantastic is retailing its Summer Heroes Edit skincare box, containing products worth £150, for just £45. Amazon is selling this LYMYBETY Cosmetic Makeup Starter Kit with Storage Bag for £22.99. The set boasts more than 20 items, including several brushes. It has earned a customer rating of 4.4 stars out of five. Most customers deem the makeup set to be of high quality with an abundance of contents and regard it as excellent value for money. They also value it as a delightful gift option. However, the colour quality has garnered mixed reviews, with some pointing out issues with pigment in the blush.

Fincra gains payment provider licence in South Africa
UK-based fintech firm Fincra has received a payment provider licence from South African authorities, in partnership with Nedbank. This licence allows the company to officially process various payment methods, including credit and debit card payments, electronic funds transfers (EFT), real-time clearing (RTC), and rapid payments. It is set to enhance the company's foothold in Southern Africa and improve its ability to support businesses with financial transactions. Fincra specialises in providing payment infrastructure that facilitates both the collection of global payments and local payouts through a single API or platform. The services offered by Fincra helps businesses to launch remittance services, streamline payroll processes, or venture into new markets within Africa. With the new licence, Fincra can directly integrate with South Africa's core payment systems and banking networks. 'This gives businesses using our infrastructure faster settlement times, greater reliability, and the assurance of full compliance with South Africa's regulatory standards,' the company said in a statement. Businesses seeking to grow across African borders in industries such as e-commerce, logistics, B2B marketplaces, and travel can leverage Fincra's solutions. Meanwhile, in February, Fincra appointed Emmanuel Babalola as the chief commercial and growth officer. Babalola joins Fincra with experience in the African fintech sector, having previously headed Binance's expansion in over 40 African and Middle Eastern markets. His background also includes co-founding and leading Bundle, a social payments application for cash and cryptocurrency transactions. "Fincra gains payment provider licence in South Africa " was originally created and published by Electronic Payments International, a GlobalData owned brand.
