Get ready for plenty of jokes about sex and relationships when American comedian, actor and writer Pete Davidson holds his first-ever stand-up comedy show at The Star Theatre on September 26. Tickets to the live performance go on sale from Aug 6 at 10am, as part of event organiser Live Nation's pre-sale. The general sale begins on Aug 7 at 10am from Ticket prices have yet to be announced. His upcoming tour will also head to Australia in late September for shows in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. The 31-year-old is best known for being a cast member on American comedy sketch series Saturday Night Live from 2014 to 2022. He is also the creator, executive producer, writer and star of comedy series Bupkis (2023). Born in New York City, Davidson was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in 2016, and listed among Time's 100 Most Influential People of 2022. He has appeared in films such as Big Time Adolescence (2019), The King Of Staten Island (2020) and Dumb Money (2023). His heist action comedy flick The Pickup, co-starring veteran American actor-comedian Eddie Murphy, premieres on Aug 6 on Prime Video. Over the years, his high-profile dating history has made headlines. He was engaged to singer Ariana Grande, and was in relationships with actresses Kate Beckinsale and Margaret Qualley, as well as reality TV star Kim Kardashian. Since March 2025, he has been dating model-actress Elsie Hewitt. The couple anounced in July they are expecting their first child. News, the comedian revealed that he is looking forward to becoming a dad and expressed his joy over the news. The actor claimed that everyone around him is super excited for the baby on board. As for the model, Hewitt announced her pregnancy earlier this month on Instagram. The actress shared a carousel post and a video of herself getting an ultrasound. In the caption, she wrote, 'welp now everyone knows we had s*x.' Davidson and Hewitt 's relationship was confirmed by PageSix in March. Pete Davidson expresses his excitement over becoming a dad In conversation with the media portal, the Bupkis star revealed, 'I'm very lucky and very, very happy.' He further revealed that he's looking forward to 'being able to take care of something and show it the childhood I didn't have. I assume you just try to give them what you didn't have and what you didn't like, not do it.' Davidson referred to his tragic childhood, where his dad passed away during the 9/11 attacks. Since then, the comedian has received the support of his friends and family, especially that of Adam Sandler. Elsewhere in his talks with the outlet, the actor shared, 'Everybody's just been super excited for me, because they know it's been my dream.' He continued, 'They all just have been like, 'You're going to be great at this. It's the best thing you'll ever do in your life,'' claiming that Sandler provided him with 'some great advice.' News about expecting his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt, who announced her pregnancy in a July 16 Instagram post. Davidson told E! at the New York premiere of "The Home" on July 22 that "everybody's just been super excited for me, because they know it's been my dream." "I'm very lucky and very, very happy," Davidson told the entertainment outlet, adding that he is excited "to take care of something and show it the childhood I didn't have. I assume you just try to give them what you didn't have, and what you didn't like, not do it." Comedian Pete Davidson to play Dublin in October

US actor and comedian Pete Davidson will bring his stand-up comedy tour to The National Stadium in Dublin on 9 October. Tickets will be available on general sale this Friday, 25 July at 10am. Davidson is currently shooting David Leitch's Amazon MGM film How to Rob a Bank, set to be released September 2026. He is also the creator, executive producer, writer and star of Peacock's critically acclaimed comedy Bupkis. He was a cast member on NBC's Saturday Night Live from 2014 to 2022, where his singular Weekend Update features and original music videos garnered millions of views. Davidson shot his first one-hour stand-up special for Comedy Central in 2016 and was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 the same year. He released his stand-up special Turbo Fonzarelli on Netflix, a follow up to his 2020 special Pete Davidson: Alive From New York. In 2020, Davidson co-wrote, executive produced and starred in the critically acclaimed film The King of Staten Island. His additional film credits include Dumb Money, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Trainwreck, Big Time Adolescence, Set It Up, Meet Cute, Bodies Bodies Bodies, Dog Man, and Riff Raff. He also stars in the upcoming horror film The Home, and he co-stars with Eddie Murphy in Amazon's film The Pick Up, out this August.
