Busch Light Debuts New Beer Flavor Likely to Fly Off Shelves This Summer originally appeared on Parade. Move over, Bapple, a new limited-edition Busch Light flavor is coming to town. The fan-favorite lager only recently amped fans up with the highly-anticipated comeback of its ever-popular Busch Light Apple (or "Bapple," as some would say), and now it's looking to recreate the hype with the release of its newest "fruit-forward" variety, Busch Light Lime. On Monday, the Anheuser-Busch brand announced the arrival of its latest creation, noting it would only be around for a limited time, just like Busch Light Apple and its prior peach-flavored offering. Related: It features a "crisp, refreshing lime-flavored lager with a touch of sweet on the front end and a clean beer finish on the back," according to a spokesperson for the brand, who also called it "the perfect combination for a sunny summer day outside." 'We're kicking off this summer with our second seasonal drop so our fans can enjoy camping and post hikes with their favorite cold, smooth beer in hand,' said Krystyn Stowe, head of marketing at Busch Family & Natural Family at Anheuser-Busch, in a statement. 'Between Busch Light Lime's debut and the return of Busch Light Apple, 2025 is the summer of flavor, and our fans love our fruit-forward flavored beers. Listening to our fans and bringing them the innovations they want is our top priority.' Those looking to get their hands on the new Busch Light summer edition can find cans of 12, 24, or 30 at most major retailers–but only in 25 states (Colorado, Connecticut, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Wyoming) while supplies last. Vandals accused of causing $48K in damage to Kalispell construction site
Jun. 4—A 23-year-old man accused of causing about $48,000 in damages while commandeering heavy machinery at a Kalispell construction site also allegedly bought beer and tobacco for his underage companions. Prosecutors brought Matthew James White up on a felony criminal mischief charge and a misdemeanor count of unlawful transaction with children in Flathead County District Court following a May 21 incident near Kidsport Complex. White, who remains in the county jail with bail set at $50,000, is expected to appear before Judge Paul Sullivan on June 12 for his arraignment. Kalispell Police officers came across White after an employee of an excavation firm reported seeing people using machinery at a construction site about 1:30 a.m., according to court documents. Responding to the area around the intersection of Northland and Four Mile drives, authorities found a running excavator. Aided by a neighbor, who shouted "one went that way" while pointing west, officers found White. They also discovered a 14-year-old hiding under a barbecue cover left in the backyard of a nearby home, court documents said. The teenager told investigators that White and another minor had picked him up earlier in the night. The trio stopped at a gas station where White allegedly bought a 30-pack of Busch Light Apple, an 18 pack of Twisted Tea, two packs of cigarettes and two packs of ZYN nicotine pouches for the group. Together they drove around Kalispell before eventually arriving at the construction site, the teenager told officers. They began drinking and taking turns operating the machinery, he said. Eventually White and the other minor used the excavator to destroy pipes stored at the site, according to court documents. When one member spotted headlights, they fled, the teenager told investigators. The teenager also provided officers with a breath sample, which came in at 0.059, according to court documents. The construction site manager later estimated that the damage to the project came in at about $48,000. If convicted of felony criminal mischief, White faces up to 10 years in Montana State Prison and a fine of $50,000. Misdemeanor unlawful transaction with children is punishable by a $500 fine and a maximum sentence of six months in the county jail. 'One in every three comments on Busch Light's social posts is from fans urging us to bring back Busch Light Apple, and we've read every single one,' Krystyn Stowe, head of marketing at Busch Family & Natural Family at Anheuser-Busch said in a statement. 'We have always listened to our fans and met them exactly where they are," Stowe added. To help announce the highly anticipated return of the LTO, the beloved beer company enlisted Ronald Wayne, who famously liquidated his 10 percent stake in Apple–the now booming tech giant he co-founded—for just $800 in 1976. 'When Busch Light Apple comes around, you don't hesitate, you stock up. This is one opportunity I'm not letting slip away."
