Brazilian Lymph Spa doubles space with new Magnificent Mile location

Story Highlights Brazilian Lymph Spa relocates to larger space on Magnificent Mile. Grand opening planned for July 23 at new location. Spa plans suburban expansion in Winnetka and western suburbs. Brazilian Lymph Spa has relocated its downtown wellness center along the Magnificent Mile and planned a grand opening for next week. The Chicago-based spa signed a five-year lease to occupy 1,300 square feet at 645 N. Michigan Ave., which is twice the size of its previous location at 520 N. Michigan Ave., where it's been the past two years. The upgraded spa includes three treatment rooms. GET TO KNOW YOUR CITY Find Local Events Near You Connect with a community of local professionals. Explore All Events 'We couldn't think of a better place to grow our business than the Magnificent Mile. This space represents more than just an upgrade,' said Val Oliveira, founder of Brazilian Lymph Spa. 'It's a reflection of our growth, our purpose and the deeper connection we've built with our clients. Due to the incredible demand for our detoxifying services, we've outgrown our original space.' The July 23 grand opening will allow the spa to continue planting deeper roots in the community and growing its Chicago presence, she added. expand Brazilian Lymph Spa's upgraded location includes three treatment rooms. Courtesy of Brazilian Lymph Spa 'We wanted to expand our bio-stacking wellness and needed more space for new equipment to help enhance our services and our clients' detox process,' said Oliveira. 'This expansion is all about creating the best possible environment for our guests and team.' Brazilian Lymph Spa joins several wellness centers that have opened in Chicago this year. 'While there are other wellness centers downtown, our lymphatic technique is truly unique,' she said. 'Our treatments provide detoxing benefits that continue for up to 10 days after the service.' Brazilian Lymph Spa also plans to expand beyond downtown and open a suburban location at 1056 Gage St. in Winnetka. 'We're currently in the construction phase and we're actively exploring expansion opportunities in the western suburbs [as well],' added Oliveira.
