WSM inks SAR 17.5M contract for consultation, digital services
WSM for Information Technology Co. signed, on July 2, a contract with the Business Strategies Office for Management Consulting at a total value of SAR 17.5 million to provide consultation and digital services, according to a statement on Tadawul.
The contract duration is 12 months and is expected to have a positive impact on the company's H2 2025 financial statements.
The contract involved no related parties, the statement added.
