Regarding the buyback clause, this increases the likelihood of the Catalan being able to complete what is known as the 'Carvajal route', i.e. being sold as graduate of La Fabrica and then being brought to the first team should the player in question kick on away from the Bernabeu. At the end of last season, Victor Munoz coming off the bench in El Clasico and almost scoring against FC Barcelona in Montjuic showed that he might have a future in the post-Carlo Ancelotti era. Just a few months, however, he has been moved on yet might have a way back to the Spanish capital if he can impress in Pamplona. Rangers help La Liga side with special Ibrox photoshoot
CA Osasuna have released footage and still images of a recent photoshoot which took place at the Scottish Premiership giants' stadium. To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Spanish outfit's first-ever game in a European competition, which was against Rangers in the UEFA Cup back in 1985, Osasuna ventured to Glasgow to release their new kit. Manufactured by Macron, the all-red kit sports a retro look, with a polo collar. It is described as 'vibrant red, a powerful symbol of the Spanish autonomous community'. A video, widely shared on the club's social media sites, shows a man and a woman arriving in Glasgow from Spain, walking through Glasgow Central Station, while arriving at Ibrox and the home dressing room. The match that inspired the kit took place at Ibrox in September 1985. Rangers won the first leg 1-0, thanks to a goal by Craig Paterson. The likes of Ally McCoist and Davie Cooper were also in the side. Jock Wallace was the manager at the time. Osasuna had the last laugh, though, as they won the return leg 2-0 in Pamplona, emerging victorious on aggregate to knock Rangers out.

Craig Paterson's second half goal giving Rangers a 1-0 win, in a side which included the likes of the legendary Davie Cooper and Ally McCoist under manager Jock Wallace. But Osasuna emerged victorious in the second leg with a 2-0 win in Pamplona knocking Rangers out in the first round. It would be the last season under Wallace before Graeme Souness came into the club and revolutionised the side. The launch is usually held around the same time as the Festival of San Fermin in Pamplona. And they have been shooting inside Ibrox, with a video on their social media pages. It shows a man and a woman leaving the airport in Spain before arriving at Central Station in Glasgow and walking through Ibrox.
