Kautilya students achieve IIM admissions
Tirupati: Four students from Kautilya Institution at MR Palli Circle, Tirupati, have secured admissions in Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), while more than 10 others gained entry into top business schools across India. These successes are based on CAT 2024 results, with students receiving free training for interviews and group exercises from Kautilya after completing their coaching. Among the achievers are G Venkata Nitish (IIM-Ranchi), K Harika Raju (IIM-Sirmaur), Bhavyashree Nishita (IIM-Nagpur), and K Karthik (IIM-Sirmaur). Several others were admitted to reputed institutes like Symbiosis, Pune. Congratulating the students, Kautilya Director Sridhar emphasised the importance of early preparation and holistic profiles. IIMK welcomes 586 students, records 51% women in MBA programmes
The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) has inducted 586 students into its full-time postgraduate programmes for the academic years 2025-2027. In a notable achievement, the institute has reported 51% gender diversity across its three MBA offerings, marking the fourth time in a decade that it has admitted more women than men in its full-time MBA flagship Post Graduate Programme (PGP) 2025–27 batch, also known as PGP-29, includes 489 students, 55% of whom are women. This number stands out against the 36% share of women among CAT 2024 applicants from the PGP, the institute also welcomed new batches for two specialised programmes-the Post Graduate Programme in Finance (PGP-Fin) and the Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies and Management (PGP-LSM)-as well as the 19th batch of doctoral candidates under the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). IIMK's PGP-29 cohort reflects a broad academic mix. Around 53% of students come from non-engineering backgrounds, continuing the trend of academic diversity seen in recent batch also shows wide regional representation, with students from Delhi, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh making up 35% of the total. GGSIPU MBA admission 2025: Choice filling through CAT 2024 begins at ipu.ac.in
IPU MBA admission 2025: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU), Delhi, has initiated the admission process for its MBA programme for the academic session 2025. The university has announced that candidates who have applied through the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 and paid the required application fee can now participate in the online choice filling process. The entire counselling process is being conducted online, and candidates are required to log in to the official admission portals— and further instructions and updates. Online counselling schedule and fee payment As per the press release issued by the Public Relations Department of IPU, the result of the first round of online counselling will be announced on May 22. Following the allotment, candidates must pay a part academic fee of Rs. 96,000 online by May 26 to confirm their seat. Candidates can download their provisional seat allotment letter by May 26. Verification of uploaded documents can be carried out up to May 28. Those wishing to cancel their allotted seats may also do so by May 28. Choice filling available for candidates who paid Rs. 2,500 application fee The university clarified that only those candidates who have deposited the application fee of Rs. 2,500 are eligible to participate in the online counselling and choice filling for the MBA admission. The process is streamlined to ensure transparency and convenience for applicants seeking admission through CAT 2024 scores. Meanwhile, application deadline extended for 30 other programmes In addition to the MBA admission, IPU has extended the application deadline for 30 National Level Test (NLT) and merit-based programmes till May 20.
