Christ ranked 101 in World University Rankings for Innovation
CHRIST (Deemed to be University) has been ranked 101st in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2025. This marks a shift from its previous ranking of 172 in 2024. WURI, which evaluates creative and innovative approaches in higher education, assessed 1,253 universities from 87 countries, with 4,866 proposals submitted across key thematic areas. In addition to the global ranking, CHRIST University received top 10 positions in three specific categories. It was ranked 4th in Student Support and Engagement, 5th in Entrepreneurial Spirit, and 9th in Technology Development and Application. Dr. Fr. Jose C.C., Vice Chancellor of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), commented on the ranking and reiterated the university's focus on innovation, service, and scholarship.
