Dominik Mysterio Off Night Of Champions Due To Injury, Per WWE

Dominik Mysterio won't be on hand for this year's Night of Champions, with WWE confirming that Mysterio's match is off due to injury. During Monday's episode of WWE RAW, it was confirmed that by Adam Pearce that Mysterio was injured, and couldn't wrestle at Night of Champions. He told the news to AJ Styles, who was set to face, Mysterio, during the show. The pair were initially set to go at it for Dom's WWE Intercontinental Championship. Advertisement It's currently unclear exactly what injury Mysterio is facing, or how serious it actually is. Pearce told Styles he would be the first to get a shot at the belt when Dominik is healthy, though. More information will likely come forward in the coming days regarding his injury. WWE Night of Champions is set to take place on June 28, 2025, from the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Another Title Match Announced For WWE Night Of Champions

WWE has added another match to this year's Night of Champions, with the WWE United States Championship set to be on the line. During Friday's episode of WWE SmackDown, things got even testier between Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. In the ring, Solo Sikoa said he feels bad about what happened between him and Fatu over the past few weeks. Fatu made his way out, and after some back and forth, the Sikoa said he did love Jacob. Advertisement The crowd and Fatu called B.S., though, and that's when things fell apart. Fatu said that ever since he became U.S. Champion, Sikoa has been different, and it's because he's jealous. Things devolved into a brawl between the pair, with Jimmy Uso trying to make the save but getting taken out in the process.
