Abandoned bungalow filled with dolls and teddies leaves explorers horrified

Two explorers discovered an abandoned bungalow in the woods packed to the brim with teddy bears and dolls, but were so freaked out, one labelled it 'one of the most uncomfortable places' Explorers are often looking for their next adventure, uncovering deserted buildings, walking through abandoned theme parks, or making their way to secluded sites forgotten in time. This can lead to some rather spooky discoveries, but nothing compares to the forgotten home packed full of teddies and dolls, as two explorers found out. Mitch Johnson and Jake Parr claimed they had heard about the home of a woman who had hoarded toys after her husband had passed away. After later dying herself, the property was said to have been left abandoned, and her collection of toys remained untouched. ‌ The explorers reportedly spent four days using Google Maps to find the bungalow. They drove six and a half hours from Manchester to Selkirk, Scotland, and then walked for around an hour through the woods to where the property was said to be located. ‌ Unsure of whether they were able to get inside the bungalow, as they vow to never break in, they found a panel of the back door was missing and they entered through a gap, reports Kennedy News and Media. Inside, they found every room covered in cobwebs and packed to the brim with teddy bears and soft toys for a chilling discovery. "This was the creepiest place I've ever been to. I just could not wait to get out. I even sacrificed some pictures because I just didn't want to be in there," Mitch said. He continued: "It was literally a 50 minute trek to the house it was that remote. We were going through all this pine forest and we were hearing all sorts of noises and branches were snapping everywhere. "It was just the most bizarre place I've ever been and I've been all around the world doing this." A video was shared of their discovery on Mitch's Facebook page, No Limits, and he believes the toys were a sense of comfort for the wife who lived there after her husband reportedly died during the 80s. ‌ Mitch shared: "There were some real collectables in there, some really rare dolls. There were like 200 or 300 Cabbage Patch Dolls. Some of them are a grand each. "All the Care Bear teddies, all the Monsters Inc teddies. All the teddies you could imagine. It was just like a plethora of teddies. It was just mental. ‌ "It was dusty as well when you were in there you could taste how damp the place was so I don't know how she lived in there. It was a little unnerving as well because I kept thinking at any moment someone's going to pop out here. "You can only just walk into the bedroom, the rest of it was just teddies so it's like six feet deep." In addition to the cuddly toys, the husband's workshop was said to also remain untouched, with tools left where they were once in use. ‌ "It was probably one of the most uncomfortable places I've ever been to if I'm honest because I wasn't quite sure if there was anyone in the teddies. It felt like anyone was going to jump out at any opportunity, " Mitch confessed. "I felt like I was being watched. I couldn't wait to get out of there, I really couldn't. I spent six and a half hours driving and then maybe an hour trekking to it and I just couldn't wait to get out of the place. ‌ "I even ended up going and sitting outside while my mate was still taking his pictures." He added: "I've been to asylums and loads of places around the world on my own and this was the most scary place I have ever been in and there was just a weird vibe about it that didn't sit right at all." Mitch, 40, has now accumulated an impressive following of 51,000 on his urban exploring Facebook page, which he started in 2018. He also runs a YouTube channel and an Instagram account. Reflecting on his adventures, he shared: "It can be a bit of an emotional burden because I see that much, it just makes you realise that life is extremely short and the things you accumulate mean absolutely nothing. It's your memories that mean something."

I witnessed my friend's nine-year-old son do something horrifying... now I believe he is unstable and dangerous

A mom has detailed her concern over a family friend's child - claiming he is 'mentally disturbed and dangerous.' The anonymous woman, who shared her worries to Reddit, explained her friend of 10 years has a nine-year-old son who often plays with her six-year-old daughter. 'There were three things in particular that I witnessed while they playing on separate occasions recently,' she shared in the post. The first incident was when the children were playing in her daughter's above ground foldable pool, with the young boy trying to persuade her to play something he called 'a drowning game.' 'He was trying to convince my daughter to play a game where they took turns holding each other's head under the water,' the horrified mom shared. 'I stepped in immediately and told them both no that will not be happening,' she continued. 'His own grandmother was there at the time to witness this instance and she gave him a very half hearted reprimand which I found baffling.' 'It set off alarm bells in my head instantly but I eventually let it go under the premise of children simply doing stupid things because I remembered that games like the "pass out challenge" were a thing when I was a kid,' she wrote. The second concerning thing the mom saw was when the pair had been playing with one of her daughter's Cabbage Patch Dolls. 'I didn't stay over with them because this wasn't the first time our children have had play dates by the other's house. I trust my friend,' she explained in the post. However, when she picked her child up a couple of hours later, she was shocked by the state of the doll, which had its hair cut off and marks all over it. 'I wasn't upset just shocked. It's my daughter's doll. She could play with it however she likes,' she reasoned. The mom was further concerned when she saw the dolls had a threating message on the arm - noticing the words 'I Kill You'- but not in her daughter's handwriting. 'She told me [my] friend's son wrote it. I was concerned and wondered if to address the situation immediately but same as I am now I am unsure of where to even begin,' she confessed. 'Eventually some weeks passed and I forgot it had happened.' The most recent incident has the mom afraid to let her daughter play with the boy ever again. 'While they were playing in the front yard I saw the boy hold my daughter by her clothes and do stabbing motions,' she recounted. 'I stopped the game immediately, reprimanded them both and called my friend,' she recounted. 'I lied and said I had and emergency to sort out and that she needed to pick up her son now. She came by and picked him up without issue.' 'I am never letting my daughter near that boy after this under any circumstances, even if it's at the cost of my friendship,' she declared. 'I'm unsure of how to tell my friend these things. Should I do it over the phone, through text or face to face?' she asked Reddit users, adding in her friend herself has a 'volatile' nature. 'I remember a distinct instance where she pulled out a knife on her ex husband as a matter of fact,' she shared. 'This is just a very delicate situation and I need some help on how to go about it because I truly think that boy is mentally disturbed and dangerous and needs help.' Many users expressed concern over her friend, pointing out the young boy may have learned some of his violent tendencies from her. 'I don't want to know what this child is seeing at home. He's modeling that behavior,' one concerned parent commented. 'Tragic as it is you are not the help they need. Get advice since there's no way you can have eyes on your child 100 percent of the time and they live close.' 'I'd be concerned that the boy is being abused and is acting out because of that,' said another, expressing their concern. 'The easiest solution is to stop letting your daughter play with this child. You'll soon regret it otherwise,' suggested another.

Regardless of one's opinion, though, here's what folks should know about the Labubu doll and why people are going crazy over this toy. Who is Labubu? Lung created three picture books inspired by Nordic mythology, according to Pop Mart's website. The book contains depictions of characters, both good and evil, in a fairy world. He called them "The Monsters." Labubu, "a small monster with high, pointed ears and serrated teeth," is the most prominent character in the books. Though she is a monster, she is kind-hearted and constantly wants to help others, but things may not go according to her plan, and she accidentally ends up making things worse. Labubu and 'The Monsters' toys Lung's art inspired a collection of dolls, from plushies the size of a toddler that cost anywhere between $85 to over $289, to smaller keychains and plastic figures that can only be purchased in blind boxes starting at $16. Pop Mart sells the toys on their website and through various other retailers.
