The feel-good reality makeover series is a reboot of Bravo's original 2003 show, and first premiered on Netflix in 2018. It features five LGBTQ+ advisers who spend a week improving the life of someone in need, with each season focusing on a different U.S. city.
Original cast members included food and wine expert Antoni Porowski, design chief Bobby Berk, grooming guru Jonathan Van Ness, culture and lifestyle specialist Karamo Brown and fashion connoisseur Tan France. After Season 8, Berk left the show and was replaced by interior designer Jeremiah Brent for the last two seasons.
Production on Season 10 began on Wednesday in Washington, D.C. The show's ninth season debuted last year and took place in Las Vegas. The final run 'will celebrate the show's legacy and impact, spotlighting heroes from the nation's capital,' according to a press release.
'Queer Eye' is the longest-running Netflix unscripted series and earned 11 Emmy wins and 37 nominations. It continues to hold the record for the most wins ever in the outstanding structured reality program category, with six consecutive trophies.
The show is executive produced by David Collins, Michael Williams and Rob Eric for Scout Productions. Jennifer Lane serves as the showrunner and executive producer. Jordana Hochman, Mark Bracero and Lyndsey Burr serve as executive producers for ITV Entertainment. Brent, Brown, France, Porowski and Van Ness also executive produce.
